Wooden Mallet's Cascade magazine racks offer versatility and style in a compact wall unit. Our unique overlapping design neatly displays and organizes magazines, keeping them tidy and visible in the least amount of space. Cascade racks feature furniture quality construction with 3/4-Inch solid oak sides sealed in a durable state-of-the-art finish. Magazine pockets are 9-Inch wide by 3/4-Inch deep and hold standard 8 1/2-Inch x 11-Inch magazines and literature. All wall displays are fully assembled and complete with hardware for simple wall mounting.

WORKS GREAT & LOOKS NICE!
I bought the seven slot one in the cherry finish to store all the magazines that kept accumulating in our half bath. It looks nice, is built well, works beautifully, and came with all the necessary hardware to install it properly to hold the weight of the magazines, which won't leave a huge hole in your wall if you have to move it for any reason. It fit perfectly on the left half of the right angled walls that is nearest the door's hinges and is behind the door. Our door enters at an angle into the bathroom and has a jogged wall behind the door. It probably wouldn't fit on a wall behind a regular door, because it's 4 inches thick. It looks great on tall narrower walls as it's about 12" wide. It holds about 10 "Women's World" thickness magazines and two or three "BH&G" thickness magazines per slot. Love the fact that it hangs on the wall, because it's up and out of the way. You can read the title to the magazines too, as that part of the magazine is what shows. We are super happy with this magazine holder!

Very nice rack
Sturdy, nice looking, easy install. Looks high end..

Quality of the finish not very good, but practical.
This practical magazine rack does the job, but the finish on the wood is poor. It seems like the pine wood was not sanded smooth before stain and finish was applied, so the edges of the wood are rough to the touch, and so is the surface of the wood. The mahogany color is fine, and matches other mahogany-stained furniture that you might have.

This is my second cascade shelf. The first one has lasted almost 6 years with tons of wear in a medical office. We just let it rest against the chair rail and have never had it slip.

Sturdy, looks professional
This is a really nice looking magazine rack, I was surprised the quality was as good as it is because it was not expensive. So much better than having magazines lying about on the table.
