We have two indoor Maine Coon cats Holly and Ivy (AKA 'The Twisted Sisters'), they are both big girls and still have a lot of growing to do! We have had cheaper cat trees in the past that have either not lasted long or, were not entertained. We ordered this cat tree on July 22nd and we were delighted that it arrived on the July 25th, you cannot complain at such a speedy delivery! Two boxes, item well packed and super easy to put together, my husband did this within 20 minutes on his own. We have never seen a sisal post so big in circumference! The sleeping area is a good size as are the lounging shelves. We have a small lounge and we were worried that it would dominate, and although this is a big cat tree, it doesn't. Who would have known that this tree would bring so much pleasure? The sisal pole allows our cats to really stretch and dig their claws in, they climb up it, and even skirt around it. We have watched them chase each other up and down it, hang from it and compete for the bed on top. They love it and they are having so much fun with it, equally we love watching the pleasure they are getting from it. We don't know how long it will last with these girlies running amok all over it, but we can say it is a sturdy and very well made cat tree with a thick soft covering. We would highly recommend this tree for your big cats, they will love it!

Top bed arrived damaged. Received a replacement within a week, no quibble. So easy to put together. Strong sturdy plush cat tree. Purrfect 😊 height as our ceilings are low. All our felines like to use it, from the kittens to the adults.It is expensive, I do think a little overpriced, but as long as it lasts, it may be worth it. Time will tell.Overall I am pleased with the product and the customer service is A++++

This cat tree is by far the best one I have ever bought. I have 3 cats, 2 are ragdolls so larger breeds and I have struggled for a long time to find a tree that doesn't look as though it's going to topple over when one of the boys jumps onto it, until now. This tree has exceeded my expectations, the quality is fantastic, arriving in 2 separate sturdy boxes, and was easy to assemble. It looks great in my living room, and the cats love it.

This cat tree is very substantial and robust both my British short hairs love it and there’s plenty of room for them to stretch out now

My purchase arrived early, which was great, I was very pleased. It's easy to assemble (almost foolproof!) and the quality of the fabric is very soft. It's only lost a star for me due to the design. The top tier where the cat can lay is not very safe for the cat to easily climb up or down from. Although it looks great, the distance is too high. My cat has fallen nearly twice. There should be an extra ledge there but there's only a basket and another basket with a hole in it. It's not the best of designs regarding the top tier but overall, it's really lovely quality, and I'm happy with my purchase.

After a lot of searching for a well made cat climbing tree we came across this one by RHR quality it is by far the best made tree we’ve had and we weren’t disappointed also are cat had the last say and she loves it.Another good point is that you can buy replacements parts should they become worn out. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED *****

Lovely cat tree from RHR very pleased the only problem was one of the boxes was damaged which was delivered by DPD but the damaged piece has been replaced by RHR very quickly which I am very grateful.

Exellent value for money .. my cats both love it .. my son's Maine Coon jumps at the post rather than climb it and it is very stable unlike others he has knocked over .. well worth the money..
