This has been, hands down, our best summer purchase. Living in high desert of AZ, we have only about a month of really hot weather, so we do not have an AC. In previous years, we have had to keep the doors shut during the day, in order to keep the flies out, and then we open the doors at night (letting the mosquitoes in) and have had to rely on window fans. Night after night we'd lay in bed, sweat-soaked and waiting for the fans to really get the hot air moved out of the house. THIS YEAR, the doors have stayed open all day, and the screen netting has kept 95% of the flies out and so far, all of the mosquitoes. The house temperature changes much more quickly and our evenings are nearly always quite pleasant, even with 100 degree days.We purchased TWO screen doors. One was fiberglass and the other, not. The fiberglass one is by far the better door - it is stiffer and doesn't have a gap at the top, AND it comes with two velcro-type sticky tapes. The other one was not and while it has served its purpose, it has suffered more, and now has a permanent gap at the top, that we had to secure with tape to keep flies from coming in. In the future, I will purchase the fiberglass type. BUT. Great purchase. No regrets.

I had an old, cheaper magnetic screen that was shredding. I upgraded to this fiberglass screen, and am delighted how much better it is. Not only is the screen itself strong and heavy, but the edge tapes are really, really sturdy with great sewing quality. I like how many magnets there are, and that they close silently (no more click-click-click like the cheaper ones). It even includes continuous Velcro for all the sides. There aren't any installation directions included (weird), but luckily I've installed one before, and it's pretty simple.

Much better than the others. My dogs burn through these screens like a thick wick on a small candle. Fabric is nylon vs. the others which are fabric. Height for our outside door fits it, unlike others that are a smidge too short. Magnets are strong enough to clasp together, unlike others. I was skeptical because of the low number of reviews (I think I'm the 8th reviewer). It's good to be wrong. I'll keep this on my shopping list.

I am very happy with the quality of this, it feels very durable and the magnets hold well, there is plenty of velcro included to get it perfect. This is much better than the ‘As seen on TV’ magnetic screen I used last year that was so frayed and missing half the magnets by the end of summer. This is fiberglass mesh, so I am pretty sure it won’t fray and the magnets are securely sewn in, I think I will be able to get a few years out of this, even with my dog going in and out repeatedly.

Great product. The best I have ever purchased. We buy it every year because my pets constantly go in and out of the balcony. It get ruined pretty quickly.As soon as I opened the package and touched the material, I knew right away this one will last more than a year. The magnetic edges are much thicker and stronger than any one of them purchased in the past. The Velcro comes in box adhesive is also very strong.

This is super sturdy and really nice. I have been buying these for years. I usually replace them every season. For the money this is the most durable one I've ever bought and it's actually cheaper than other ones. But my dog's frequently scratch on them to get into the house and although this one has some runs now it's lasted a lot longer than the others.

At first i got 2 for my 2 balcony doors and i love them!!! If it wasn't the middle magnet strip you won't even see that there is a screen in the door!!!!!!!!!!! My dog gets in and out with no problem. They are AWESOME!!!! I just got 2 more!!

I really like this screen door - compared to others I have tried, it is much more substantial and i think the fabric and edges will last a reasonable amount of time. We thought it was too small at first for a standard door frame, but it does fit. I am a little worried that over time it will not stay in place, because our dog and kids go through it at mach 8....
