Absolutely LOVE it!!!! But Don’t Forget To Shave!
As someone with Hyper-mobile Ehlers Danlos (hEDS) I’m am no stranger to different attempts at joint support and healing. I have tried just about every cast, splint, brace, sling, compression, orthotic, tape, or sleeve known to man kind for the majority of my joints. Kinesiology Tape is my favorite because of the support, convenience, and flexibility. I’m fairly sure those familiar with joint injuries can relate. Because realistically anyone claiming that they love neoprene tubes squeezing their ankle and cutting off circulation if it swells, or slipping and/or rolling down their knee every two seconds; is lying. And wrapping yourself like a mummy in compression wraps is not only time consuming, and frustrating if you need to pee…but incredibly uncomfortable when something inevitably slips or rolls. That being said finding a good Kinesiology tape is sometimes a process; especially for someone such as myself. Because the gift of connective tissues akin to mashed jello, was not nearly enough. No, a good majority of us in the EDS community are also so lucky as to have severely sensitive, delicate, and reactive skin that DOES NOT appreciate adhesive of any sort.I have tried most brands available, so finding one that is supportive, has good stretch, and didn’t instantly cause me to break out in hives; was a major win! But it kept getting better! The picture above was on day 5 after applying it, and had only barely begun to peel at the ends after my 4th shower wearing it. In whole, it lasted 6 days, and that’s only because I chose to remove it during my shower due to the peeling ends. Now, it’s important to note that before buying this tape, I did read reviews. There was some mixed consensus on stickiness with some claiming it didn’t stick at all, and the majority saying that it outlasted bigger name brands. Given that the majority voted that it stuck well. I vaguely remember one of the reviews mentioning that you should shave the area first, but had quickly forgotten about it. I chalked up the naysayers to those who maybe hadn’t properly prepped the area prior to applying the tape. You see, that is ultimately where I messed up and where I issue my warning... Prepping the area…. Given that I’m a middle aged happily married woman, and it’s the middle of winter in CO; meaning that my leg hairs grow almost instantaneously after stepping out of the shower. I hadn’t given much thought to re-shaving my legs prior to putting down the tape. A - Because it’s not like I had woolly mammoth legs, and B - Most tapes I’ve used start peeling within a day or two, especially if you shower. But not this tape, noooo it held on strong! So strong in fact, that after easily removing the tape from my foot. When I began to pull it from my leg, I was a little shocked at the stinging sensation, I mean.. it was thoroughly soaked, and had been on for 6 days…. It shouldn’t sting. So I readjusted my grip and tried again… nope still stung. Finally I pulled up my big girl panties and ripped that sucker off… only to find that this tape had one more secret boasting point! It will, absolutely wax your legs (or wherever else) if you don’t shave that area first!I can absolutely say with no doubt that I will be buying this tape again, and recommending it to anyone that listens. Aside from the unexpected waxing, I had zero skin issues, not even an itch. Which is unheard of for me personally. Additionally, it had great stretch but still provides good support. Something I value since my joints like to swell like grapefruit. Add in the longevity of the application, ability to cut what you need, and ease of applying it. This is a no brainer, BUY THE TAPE!!!!- Just… maybe shave the area first before applying, unless you’re going for a two for one type of thing :P

It's KT Tape.
I chose this brand for the price and amount. It's cheaper than the alternatives. I don't know why KT tape was on shark tank. There's nothing special about this over other KT tape. I like that there's a grid for cutting. It's soft fabric. It sticks very well. I do have itching and lifting after the first day when I use it. I have very sensitive skin so any adhesive is a problem but I also have to handle my medical stuff.I have vascular Ehlers Danlos and I do recommend using medical adhesive remover like Goo Gone or the one made by Skin tac. These will save you from ripping your skin off. My cat tore some KT tape off of me and I ended up with a raw spot on my arm where the flesh didn't stay on my body. This is a testament to both how weak my skin is and how strong the tape is.Again I am confused as to why this is a shark tank product but if that's why it's affordable? Okay

Excellent with caveats. Affordable option for sensitive skin.
I'm glad I found this nicely priced K tape. I've done a few patch tests and have worn it intensively on my hands and wrists for a few days now with no rashes to date.Adhesion and durability : I find that it sticks well and is comfortable to wear. I've worn it more than 2 days now, and the adhesion has been solid. It does fray a little bit, even on the non cut edges. For the price, this is ok with me. I think the cut edges may actually hold up better than the more expensive competitors. It stays on well (so far) with gentle washing.Waterproof? I do think it can stick on through use in the water, but the water does absorb into the tape more than others I've tried. I'm ok with that, while it seems better, and it is more convenient to have the water repelled from the cloth side of the tape, it is better for my health to avoid water repellent chemicals near my skin. Those chemicals can be nasty! It is annoying when the water soaks in, but the tape dries fast too. I make sure to dry it with a towel to assist.Brand Comparison: I've used some of the other brands. The outside cotton surface of this one is not as soft as the other two brands ive tried (rock and KT). I think this one is thinner too. On my hands, I do notice a very light residue, with this but it washes away quickly with water. The KT (light touch) irritated my skin, while this one did not.Color: This review is for the Green kenesio Premium Hampton tape. The green color is not looking great on my hands. It seemed like a fun color, but I got tired of looking at it pretty quickly. I went ahead and ordered the beige for a more neutral looking option.I could go on, but my hands need a rest. This is great tape for the money. I plan to use and recommend this to friends. I will likely try other tape varieties from this brand.Sensitive skin note: Will update if I develop sensitivity issues. Always do a patch test, remove very carefully and slowly. Limit the length of time tapes are worn.

Great K tape
Love this K tape. I’m a 68 year old ski patroller and use this on my knee all winter. Spent a bunch of money on a customer knee brace and I get more support from proper k-tapping. This tape is cheaper than others I’ve tried and stays on for days. Shave and round the ends and it STICKS! Going to try it for blister protection while hiking this summer.

Kinesiology Tape
Just purchased this brand via my Doctor for PT. It stayed on very well and kept my ankle braced very well. I would highly recommend this brand .

Adhesive isn't great
This works okay but doesn't have the grip or durability of many other brands like rock tape or even spider tape. It comes off pretty easily and if its over a joint; forget it. I have to retake 3 times a day for joints.

Stays on
Love this tape. Stays on for a week or longer. I get two rolls for less than the price of one Rock Tape and I think it’s better. Highly recommend 👍
