Ben 10: Galactic Racing (Wii)

Me and my younger brother play on it, and i absolutely love it, it is basically a Ben 10 version of Mario kart!

Not too difficult and would recommend to any Ben 10 fan

The problem of starting out as a casual racing game player is that if you start at the top-Mario Kart- The only way is down.Trackmania and to a lesser extent the game Ben 10 Galactic Racing most closely resembles Sega Sonic All Stars have bitten the dust because when you put together graphics,challenges and general racing excitement Mario Kart outstrips all competitors.Ben 10 Galactic's basic set up is almost identical to Sega Sonic All Stars but lacks that game's relative warmth and coherent step through the gears in getting better but embraces its off putting graphics,ridiculous bends that you cannot take at speed,general lack of manoeuvrability and the audio here is even worse than on Sega.My son is a big Ben 10 fan and is enjoying on a basic level racing as Swampfire,Big Chill etc but even he is starting to look at me as if to say is this it dad?The instruction manual is bare bones and the on screen menu is a little confusing to say the least.The speed button here is 1 not 2 as on MK so that takes a little getting used to also.Can't see it being long before MK is back in the wii.Ben 10 GR has limited appeal on a long term basis and its potential for iconic status is unlikely.Swampfire or Yoshi?.No contest but then I love Yoshi.

bought for my 5 year old son, it is very tricky so I have had to help him navigate through this. Maybe to be shelved until he is a bit older

It's really exciting and you can spend hours playing it without getting bored. I would recommend this to anyone who likes thrills and spills.

I got this for my son at christmas as he had seen it advertised on the tv and he absolutely loves anything to do with playdoh. It is a fun game to play, better if lots of you are playing it together. It is also fun just to play with. It is really simple, children who love playdoh will like this.
