bought xl , 5'10 ,190 lb it fits but i is think xxl will fit better. very nice. I'm going to buy the side panel now.

Tough and functional
Fully adjustable and holds plates. My patrol commander asked where I got it. Told him Amazon and he was surprised/impressed. Good coverage.

Stitching is subpar
Comfortable, easily adjustable, fits well. I am 6'1 290lbs, thick boy. Bought it for airsoft use, made a cardboard plate to stiffen it up slightly. Only issue is that the stitching on the side of the front pocket tore open, so I cannot carry keys and wallet in there, anymore. Disappointing, but does not stop me from using it.
