I bought both the 20" and the 29" luggage.
I bought both the 20" and the 29" luggage. I'm posting the same review for both.I like the luggage very much. It is very attractive looking and easy to find on the baggage recovery belts. I have only used the 29" luggage on 1 trip so far but it does appear to physically hold up well. The materials seem to be pretty good. The handles have springs inside to have them tuck back into their storage positions. I have used the 20" on several trips. After 1 trip the corner did get scratched and worn. All the handles on each end of the luggage is very convenient. The 20" fits nicely inside the 29" when not being used.Overall I think they are very good bags but given the costs of alternate spinners I don't think the $195 I paid is a reasonable price for the bags.

First Impression: Cheap Construction
Just opened and studied the case. There are glaring areas where the luggage handlers will eat this suitcase up. Where to start: 1) the lining is cheap material. Low grade cheap to the feel. Poorly glued all around inside. Not sewn like the suitcase it is to replace. 2) the pull up handle is inside the case and you can actually put your fingers around the two slides. This means weight from contents will sit on them and bend them over time (or first use) making the handle hard to pull up/push down. Most quality case manufacturers moved these to outside space and molded into case for strength. 3) all the rivets along the aluminum frame are simply 'expanded rivets' into the molded plastic. Strong construction would have backing washers before the rivets are compressed. The expectation is the first drop at airport, in right place, could simply crack or pull rivets. 4) The four wheel supports look like aluminum in every picture, but they are plastic. The top corner guards are aluminum. Can't fathom this falling three feet off the back of truck on tarmac or mashed among other suitcases in handling equipment and not snapping these off. 5) I need to contemplate returning this today or use it with short life expectancy and for a $200 suitcase, that's not a good dilemma. It weighs in at 11.5 lbs empty. It rolls really easy, to say something nice about it. It looks cool, like old school truck, and the two built in spring back handles are nice feature to pick up easily. The lock instruction sheet was clear and looks simple (this was a negative on other posts...perhaps they listened) and a worry during order placement. I travel North America each week, will it last?Update...the first time used it cracked right where the handles come out. It was also a rainy day and just the trip from plane by luggage handlers trailer left my clothes inside soaking wet. Sent back to Amazon next day.

Elegant looking luggage
These look great - I always get compliments on my luggage. They are made of plastic, however, and they would bend easily if somebody handled them roughly. One of the suit cases I was sent looked different from all the others and had no logo so I had to sent it back. Otherwise, I am happy with the purchase!

No instructions on how to set locks, and then no keys for the other locks. Oh Joy.
No instructions as to how to set the lock, and it came without the keys. And there's no place for me to attach my own lock.So thanks, guys!
