I used this on a phone that had dimensions of 158.5 x 74.9 x 8.5 mm (without case) but with a case, it just about made it on with a squeeze. The weight of the phone meant that I couldn't use the tripod as it would tip over (188g) but not all phones are this heavy. The telescope on the tripod by itself is finepro's- Zoom is ridiculously good- Low light was very good too. It seems to be brighter in most cases- Easy to setup with tripod- Easy to fit. The grip will fit most phones- Lot's of accessories- Decent packagingCon's- Twisting the top too hard opened the telescope- Twisting the grip holder for the telescope made the cap come off(both the above are more of a design failure but didn't affect my usage as you just need to twist them back on )- black circle around the lens even in glasses modeI've taken some detailed pictures so you can see what you're considering buying.I hope this quick review helps, if so please bash that "Helpful" button!

I could zoom in quite nicely (see the football - I have put in a red arrow in the "normal" photo and I could zoom in very close with this monocular). The lens is clear with no distortion and the eye piece is adjustable. You get all the required accessories to attach a phone and take photos.

Firstly can I tell you that the person who said that you can not operate this with one hand is totally wrong. The focus knob turns very smoothly with not effort required and you can hold the monocular steady as you do it. The images are very bright in daylight and the eye relief is excellent. I think it a push to describe this as 50 mm because the actual exposed part of the exit lens is about 46 mm. Never the less it still does a good job. There is a little barrel effect as the far edges but for a product this cheap you must expect that. I would not want to rely on the wrist strap connection as the screw thread could easily come undone not being very log. Over all it is well made and suitable for purpose and nicely compact.

Bought this for spotting Archery targets, as the targets are often too far to see scores with naked eye. I took a chance as these were cheap, and seemed to have some mixed reviews.The most important things for me were image quality, and I can use them without my glasses. I was able to use the focus to get a clear image without my glasses, and have to say the picture quality was better than i expected at this price. Great to throw into the backpack, and at this price not the end of the world if the kids get hold of them and drop them.The magnification says 12x, which is great for Archery spotting, although a little strong for handheld use unless you can brace them against a wall ot post. I use them on a camera tripod and they are fine.They only lose a star as the mounting thread for tripos is plattic and not metal, so you have to be gentle/careful when mounting them. Overall more than adequate for the purpose intended, and price was good too.

This is certainly an amazing monocular that I was looking for a very long time. It is sturdy and easy to hold. One can enjoy watching nature, hiking, hunting and many more with the help of this device. The monocular connects easily with the smart phones and works well. One can see clear and bright images. It comes in a nice bag and a tripod. Worth every penny I spent on this. Can be used personally or as a gift.

For a long time I wanted to buy a monocular for my daughter. Great for watching the nature while walking in the park and for a detailed view of the birds that come to us in the garden. I think that will also be useful to me as a horse racing fan. A great monocular with a clear picture.

I bought 2 of these monoculars for my grandchildren, they loved them right away but when I told them they could use in conjunction with their phones, that was even better. They are very sturdy and so easy to use. I would recommend it for children of my grandchildren's ages of 14 and 12 but equally for adults. They can be used for various things and is ideal for people who cannot use binoculars due to eye difficulties as being monocular you only use 1 eye. With the mobile camera facility it is really good to view something at a distance then take a picture of it on your phone - how brilliant is that!

Bought to replace a pair of Binoculars, and given the price of these was not overly expecting much but have been surprisingly impressed. Image quality is excellent, they are really light and easy to hold too. Supplied phone camera mount is cheap plastic and feels like it would break easily but given you get it together with a little tripod it’s difficult to complain too much. Overall think this little monocular is fantastic value.
