It really works! And it stays cold for a long time! I ordered the pink color but received the blue. So I subtracted a star for that.

5 star product but docked a couple of stars for packaging/shipping discrepancies.We already have two of these for my other two kids and we love them. I ordered Gray Blue color and received the Pink. Looks like the item was improperly labeled at the warehouse vs the warehouse sending the wrong item. Shipping also took longer than expected. I ordered on Jul 12 and received it on Aug 4.

Living in the desert we reach 120° in the summer got this to cool down my babies car seat during summer's. Ordered gray blue sticker says gray blue however it's rainbow. Swapping it out hopefully they're all not like this

I live in AZ, this and the snoggle are my go to gifts for baby showers. Parent may not know they need these in hot places but YOU DO!!!At first I just used the ac on full but would turn my car on a least ten minutes before I got in the car with my new baby born in august, but he would scream bloody murder from being so hot. I felt like the worst mom ever. So then I bought the snoggle, pricey but worth it, and this helped soooo much, but I couldn't leave the car seat in the car. And sometimes I needed too, so you can imagine how hot that gets in 120 degree weather. Too hot for my little baby. So them I got this and though it would be melted when I got back the car seat was cold and it was such a relief to know my son wouldn't be baking in the car seat!!! It doesn't melt every time but I live in a very hot state so it des the majority of the time but I have used it multiple times in the car on the same day.

I have a dark car with black seats and a black car seat and this is a great product to keep the seat cool! My 2yo son got in the seat and said "mommy, it's so cold!" Before I got this I'd take my kid out of his seat only to have his back be super moist from sweat and now no more sweat!! The metal clips don't burn his little leg and make him yell "ouchie mama that hurts!" I recommend it to anyone with a kiddo and one for you! When I don't have my son with me I use it on my seat! It feels like a nice artic chill for my booty lol in 100 degree weather (and like 400 inside the car lol) it's nice to know my son's car seat is cold as ice!! Coupled with a Noggle (puts ac right on the kid if you have no rear ac) my kid won't overheat this summer. Buy this!!! You won't regret it!!

We use this in the south in the summer. While it seems to "thaw" quickly, we have used it during an 8 hour day in 90+ degrees and noticed a significant difference in the temp of the carseat after 8hours. At the end of a hot day, the car seat is "not hot" as opposed to "cool", but indent worry about the car seat burning the kiddo or the kiddo getting drenched in sweat because the car seat was too hot.It says to "lay flat" when storing in the freezer, but I fold it up (about the size of a file folder) and leave it in the freezer door overnight and it works just fine.Definitely recommend.

This is the best investment I have ever made. We moved from Hawaii to Arizona in June for my husband's job. My baby and I have been struggling with the heat. I hated carrying her carseat into the grocery store with us only because I knew the straps and buckles would be blazing hot by the time we were done shopping.The quality of this car seat cooler is very nice. It stays cold for a very long time. At first i thought it would just block the sun from hitting the buckles, but it legit keeps her buckles nice and cold. The carrying strap is convenient.I love this and recommend it to anyone with children who live in extremely hot conditions.

so far so good! Cools seat very quickly, within 5 minutes. I took one star off as eventually it soaks through the fabric leaving the seat damp. I will try the print side next time as the fabric seems to be way thicker. Overall it was pricey but worth the money instead of child crying not wanting to go in because it's Hot.P.s. those seat covers don't work, just get thisP.s.s. you DON'T put the child on top of this ice pack people. Remove the cooling pad first!!*palm face*
