USHA SHRIRAM Unisex Polyester Reusable Face Mask with Valve (Black)

I cycle to work frequently, so I was looking for activated carbon filter in the mask to neutralize the NOx, SOx and CO in vehicular exhaust. This mask didn't live up to my expectations. Because if the leak from sides, if was breathing the same polluted air. The easy breathe valves were functional when tested closely, but were not operating during usage as the exhaled gas was leaking through the sides.

In a nutshell, this is neither worth the money nor is it a good mask. The nose foam, which is the most important component, does not have a clip/adjustor. The straps are loose and not adjustable. One of the exhale valves didn't work.Have returned the product because its just plain unusable.

Poor quality respirator valve. You will inhale lots of CO2. Plus the fit is loose hence external air is also coming, therefore the purpose of mask is defeated.If home grown company does not care about quality and customer satisfaction, how will they compete against Chinese products.

The Size (Height) is inadequate. Slips off from nose because the plastic nose clip does not retain shape & springs back after shaping to bridge of nose & because of the contoured chin shape, easily moves out of place when speaking. The height of the mask should have been at least an inch taller. Better or similar products available on Amazon for much cheaper. The vents / valves are branded with company name. Gives it a look of being a sponsored or complimentary product or give away.

The mask fits Indian face-shapes well. The material is soft and comfortable. The adjustable ear loops ensure that there are no air-leaks from the sides.This was my repeat purchase. I had purchased one some time ago and it was a great value-for-money. The company says you can wash it 30 times. But I think it lasts much more - I would have washed my previous mask maybe 50 times or more. It still seems to be fine. Still, I am replacing it for extra precaution.

Totally disappointed with Usha Shriram !For an N95 or N99 mask, there should be no air gaps in the mask except through thevents that it allows. Instead this mask has horrible fitting at the nose. Most N99masks like that of 3M have adjustable / flexible clip at the top of the noise to fit it well.This doesn't even have it !DON'T BUY THIS ITEM !It is not returnable. And its total Rs. 719 waste !

I bought for covid. The fitting is not very good but if you are using while walking then it is good for 15 min use. After that I was feeling dear inside the mask and uncomfortable. Nose foam is also not right enough.

The mask is of good quality. However the fitting was very poor and as a result there is no proper seal between mask and the face and air leaks through gap.
