Hi, what is the exact outer diameter? i have a 152mm hole and i need to know if it will fit before i buy it.

Over all diameter is 153mm and internel diameter is 150mm. Hope this helps

Is this suitable for wood dust/shaving extraction?

It would generate dangerous amounts of static electricity that would cause a dust problem on the outside of the tube and it could not be earthed properly. I would stick with metal ducting for this.

Has anyone used this product for a workshop dust extraction system?

UPVC can be used as a long straight run using a min 150mm diameter or larger, beware that you could encounter static discharge caused by friction.if there are one or more bends to navigate normally you would use Tecflex VF dust extraction specifically designed for this application, with less to no chance of clogging
