35 Polyhedral Dice | 5 Sets of Dice for Dungeons and Dragons and Other RPG's

UPDATED 2/18/16*************************After speaking with the seller, is appears that many of my complaints were actually due to an error made by Amazon.The seller acknowledged that the paint drips and bubbles could have escaped his quality control, and I can understand the error. Human eyes, eh?I now believe that the scratches, scuffs, chips, and grime were not due to the seller. It appears that Amazon shipped me a package of dice which had been used by a previous customer & then returned to them (Amazon.) The package is not tamper evident, so it apparently went back into stock in the Amazon warehouse, and then later was sent to me.This seller went above and beyond my expectations to remedy a situation which was not entirely his fault. I would now highly recommend him as a seller, (though I can't guarantee that Amazon won't send a pre-loved product.)4.5 stars for the dice - they had a few imperfections, after all. 5 stars for customer service! I've adjusted my feedback to reflect my new understanding of the situation.******************************My original review:We received five different dice sets, as listed, and five small drawstring bags, but the quality of the dice does not match what was promised.First set is lovely blue glittery swirls. Several dice have random bits of white paint (not just the marks on 6/9s, but on random places.) My kid likes them, though, so I guess that's good.Second set is plain black with white numbers. Some of the dice are scratched and scuffed and show signs of heavy use.Third set is clear red. I love the color, but they are FULL of bubbles. Several have scratches, several have parts of numbers missing, and the d6 has a crack on one corner. I haven't played with them yet, so maybe they roll okay, but I doubt I'd trust such low-quality dice. (Plus, they have obviously been used.)Fourth set is slightly swirled light green. Lots of printing errors on this set. Some random splotches and paint dribbles, and also several numbers were printed only partially.Fifth set is the worst. I love the color, coppery bronze with a slight swirl, but the set is a wreck. There are lots of paint errors, drips and crooked numbers. The d12 has a dent in one face (manufacturing error.) But, all that aside, this set is very clearly used. The dice are scratched and scuffed, and some of them are sticky and dirty.I guess you get what you pay for. In this case, I have five sets of dice which are obviously previously used, and many are factory seconds. They're fine for the kids to use to mess around, but they aren't high quality, or "factory firsts", or even brand new. They are cheaply made, with many errors which indicate "second rate quality", and they have been heavily used. This isn't what I paid for, but I'm not sure that it would be worth paying to ship them back.I was excited to support this seller after reading his story on Reddit, but I would not order again. It looks like the sets shipped 6+ months ago were great - they look like they match the description perfectly. I'm sad to see that the quality of the dice sets has dropped significantly.

I'm new to D&D and wanted to get a few sets of dice to choose from when I play. Since I'm also a student, finding a good deal was also important. I absolutely love these dice. I was a little wary of the mystery aspect of it since I'm a little picky with my color choices, but the colors are so cool. They're vibrant, but not in a way that overpowers reading the numbers on them. I especially loved the gold numbering on the white dice. The picture only has the d20s because that's what I sent to my friends to show them the colors I got and tell them how much I loved them. Three of my friends-- who have played D&D much longer than me and are knowledgeable about dice-- have already either saved these to buy them later or saved the link to buy them the next chance they get. Overall, they're quality dice at a great rate.

I am running a game with new players and wanted to keep some extra dice on hand without spending $40 on fancy dice. These came in an array of colors, three are solid colors (blue, orange and purple), one is an opalescent green swirl and the last has a iridescence green sparkle (similar to if not the same as the stock photo). Only one D4 had an issue with the numbers not being filled in completely similar to other reviewers issues which is why I gave it a four star instead of a five. All five sets came with their own black bag for storage which I like a lot, I can just throw them in my bag for travel or leave them on the table for guests to choose from without the dice getting scattered around too much.I am very pleased with the purchase and will buy them again if the need arises.

The product was great for its price, but be aware that you may be getting a few pieces that are flawed. My d6 had a chip out of the edge and a d4 had paint smears and a d12 was missing the dots to differentiate between a 9 and a 6 (which I fixed with a little paint). A little bummed that I missed out on the free dice bags since these dice are gifts for new D&D players who don't have any way of carrying them, but that was just some poor luck and poor timing.[edit] Due to some excellent customer service and replacements for my flawed dice, I fully believe that the issues I had with my dice are a rarity. I'm very happy to have purchased from a seller that cares so much about his products and his customers and I'd recommend this set to anyone looking for random dice.Overall, definitely a purchase worthy of five stars.

I've bought all kinds of dice before. Pounds and pounds. But this little deal is about as sweet as you can get. Great value. Five complete color matched sets(no random colors and sizes here), AND bags to go with them! OK, the bags are the smaller ones, not the medium sized ones as I was thinking, but they are big enough to hold two sets easily with room to spare!a plus for me was that they actually packaged a set that are blue with white swirls in them. I had this same type set a long time ago, it was my favorite set, but sold all of it because I didn't think I would ever play again. Now I have them back and then some.As described, these are not seconds, these are good quality dice and bags. Thanks!(There are four sets shown in the pics because one set is already in a bag.)

For me, the color selection varied significantly from the picture. Instead of the lime green, grey, and bone white sets, I got purple, translucent yellow and lavender. Also. the red dice have white instead of yellow numerals (which is actually easier to read). I got 5 full sets with no missing or duplicates, which is good. The 4-sided dice read at the bottom, which I guess bothers some people. The quality of the dice are good. Just be warned, you won't necessarily get the colors from the picture. (I gave 4 stars because of the quality of the dice and I actually like the purple ones.)
