No generic pad here, these are good road pads, stable temperature range, no fading issue with mountain driving, won't eat up the rotor, medium dust levels, and it won't pit your wheels...Q pads are probably the cleanest, longest wearing pad Wilwood makes. All a matter of application and preference. You will be needing a bit more pressure to get them to bite..so If your expecting slam your face in the dash stopping power these won't do....But the great thing about the design is you can swap pads in 15 minutes. Throw on some "A" pads and your ready to race...

No dust
My wheels were always nasty and dirty with redish brake dust but not any more. Stopping power seems about the same and install was so fast I felt like I forgot something. Would highly recommend this product to anyone.

Now have clean wheels with good brakes.
Good braking action with very little dust. Quiet, no squeaks on our 70 Challenger.
