My dad is elderly and a fall risk. We purchased this item hoping to get him through the night without getting up. Did not work well at all….leaked all over. We tried it several nights and still no success. Waist band runs small and was very tight, (he wears mens XL shorts). Don’t waist your money!

Now this product has been a life saver and it works great. The bag is thick and the funnel is a soft plastic that cleans out easy. The only issues I have with it is that it is to hard for my father to put it on himself so I have to assist him. The elastic straps have to go between his legs and around his thighs were you attach them to small buttons. The waist band is velcro and he can take it off in the morning but he does not have the dexterity to put it on at night. Also the funnel is large but not large enough for my dad so we have to lube him up to get it in. I put blue painters tape around the connectors just for added protection and I wash out the jock strap in the morning by hand, then I just hang it on his towel rack and it is dry by bed time. The 2000ml bag is great for my father who has Kidney Disease and that makes him pee like 5 to 6 times a night, they also give you a 1000ml bag.

Fell off, loose during sleeping and generally uncomfortable. I’d imagine these would help many, however this device just couldn’t help my grandmother as she is very difficult customer. These are something I’d definitely recommend to try out if all else fails and your dealing with urine rash predominantly urinating while asleep. I have purchased this item 42 times for my daddy. Cost of breakdown...I've spent over $1100.00 with this company. In the beginning it was the best thing since slice bread for us. NOW the manufacturer is almost worthless. Please do better by this product. It could really benefit alot of elderly people. Take pride in your products and remember your why, why you created this product.

My husband is bed bound and incontinent. This product is VERY helpful to keep him dry and clean day and night. It is more comfortable and easier to put on than the condom cath. It comes apart to clean. I can put the cloth part in the washing machine. It is more sturdy than other similar products I have used. Thanks to whomever invented this!

I bought this for my elderly father and when it arrived the box was in some Asian language and no directions. it leaks when whether he's sitting or laying down. Piece of junk!!!

I bought thia for my fathwr-in-law and it works perfect, the only thing I had to do is sew elastic to extend the witg of the straps. He says it very comfortable.
