I broiled steaks andade a cake in it. I also cooked a turkey. Can't get more versatile than that.

Been better if it was made better made.

I like the pan easy clean pan grate needed mild scrubbing.

Love how it has ridges for grease. Easy to clean.

I specifically ordered this set because of its dimensions, hoping it would fit in my Instant Omni Plus air fryer oven and it does! Note that these are not as deep as the stock Omni Plus pan & rack, so you won't be able to fit as much food on/in them.The baking pan fits right out of the box & the deeper pan will be a great addition to my air fryer baking options.The rack needs a couple slight adjustments to work (see picture, I used pliers to very slightly extend the curve on the four corners to make the handles stay in the oven grooves.) The rack works in the position showed (tray above handles), but tends to easily slide out if flipped with the tray portion under the handles. To make sure the rack won't tilt, you need to push the rack fully forward or back due to the cutouts in the oven's handle grooves.Hope this helps anyone else looking for additional trays for their Omni Plus!

It's a lovely pan, easy to clean (except for 4 spots), and the roasting rack is almost excellent.Unfortunately, the four feet of the rack have scratched away the nonstick coating where the stainless (or chrome) rests on the bottom of the pan, and after a mere three uses.Future iterations of the product might wish to add oven-safe silicon rubber feet to ensure product life

I ordered a pan from another vendor because I had a couple and some other credits. Well, it was so sturdy and heavy that if I put a large roast or stuffed turkey, I was going to need someone to lift it in and out of the oven. This pan is much lighter than I had anticipated. I decided to keep. I'll let you know how long it lasts.

I roast skinless/boneless chicken breast trim pieces with this pan. I bake at 450 F for 20 minutes. I line the pan with foil then put the meat directly on the rack. I let it cool then promptly wipe the rack with a soft warm soapy sponge. I pour the fat and water off of the foil then crumple it up and throw it away. If I am careful I don't have to touch the pan. But sometimes there is a small mess on the pan. I use the same sponge and it cleans right up. After many batches the pan and rack do not appear to be suffering nor do they appear to be losing their non-stick coating. I have not tried roasting or baking in the pan without foil. I usually grease pans for baking breads, etc. with butter as opposed to cooking spray because high temperatures seem to make cooking spray harden permanently to the surface of nonstick pans.

Unfortunately after being very excited about my first proper roasting pan this turned out to be a terrible purchase. After the second use the coating started breaking off and by the fifth use when I tried to wash the pan the coating started to peel off in huge chunks.

A cute tray its not very big but it does the job in baking a few chic peices to a small whole chicken. Easy to clean & light not heavy at allGood quality

Like that is super easy to clean. Wished it was a bit deeper but for the price point it hit the spot for me

We have used this pan maybe 5 or 6 times never over 375 degrees and all the bottom the non stick is bubbling off very disappointed with this product we have to throw it in the garbage as don't think it's safe to put food in waste of money for a senior It's not worth the 1 star but won't let me submit without a star choosen

Great non-stick oven pan for cooking vegetables, meat balls, falafel balls, and chicken. Large size and grill very helpful. Was delivered quickly.
