The charger did not fit the battery. It did not work for me.

XH2.54 to JST adapter was wired in reverse. I tested it on a nearly full battery from a WalMart Adventure Force RC toy. At first my multi-meter showed a drain on the battery down to 2.17v. The red and black wires should have matched so, I decided to change them. I unclipped the female prongs from the female JST body on the battery and switched them. To do this with the male side (charger adapter) required more tedium. If you look close at the side of the connector you can see the "clips" (shiny spots) which you gently push down on with anything like a toothpick, pen tip, etc. while tugging on the wires (one at a time). When you get them out inspect to see if the tiny clips need to be bent back out so they will catch when reinstalled. After all that I retested the assembly and it charged battery to 3.91v in less than 10 minutes. The red light does come on but it never went off. It comes on no matter how the wires are hooked up. I do not know how safe it is but in light the short charging time I would say that you shouldn't leave it alone for very long. No undue heat was generated either way. Tried to upload a photo but Verizon sucks. My wife bought the buggy for 5 bucks because some hoodlum's child opened the box and stole the charger. So, I needed a replacement...this one works, now. Worth 6 bucks but unless you know what to do about it if you mess up a charger you are done!UPDATE!: Charger works exactly as it should now; light is on during charging and turns off when complete. Fully charged battery has 4.2v.

Didn't fit the drone I bought it for never got to use it

The review doesn't mention the size of the female JST connector. Pin-to-pin pitch appears to be ~2.5mm. It didn't fit my 2mm JST battery connector.

Charges the battery in My Grandsons RC in about 15 minutes.
