Easy install and works perfectly on my 2012 F-150 easy to operate using your own factory remote does require 2 ignition keys to program

Works exactly as described. Installation was very straight forward. I watched a video of someone else installing it for reference. I had it instslled in about 30min, and programming maybe took 2min. Quality overall was very good. All wiring was bundled and wrapped to give it an oem feel. As far as functionality, it works perfect. 3 lock presses on the key fob to start/shut off.

Works great, very simple install. Hardest part was finding a 5.5mm socket to access the ignition cover. Plug and play install. Plenty of room under plastics and extra cable length then you need. Directions included with the kit said to start by: lock-unlock-lock. I tested the remote start a few times and assumed I wired something incorrectly. I had gone over and checked all the wires and everything looked good. Checked a YouTube guide to install and the installer noted lock-lock-lock started the vehicle. I tried it and it worked. Why does the directions included have the wrong information? I would prefer lock unlock lock, but I’ll live with it.

This product is great! Comes with everything you need. Was easy to install just followed the video and simple to use.

Very easy install only took about 20 minutes. Start to finish the programming directions in the book could be a little better, I watched a YouTube video online and had it done in no time.

Worked great on my 2012 F350. Very simple to install. Instructions were easy to understand. Everything is plug and play, no wire splicing involved. Comes with zip ties so you can tuck the wires inside the dash and secure them so they don't rattle around. Distance on the transponder and receiver are great. From inside my house to my truck is about 50ft and it has no problem with the signal. Great value for the money.

Como entusiasta automotriz, decidí adquirir el kit de arranque remoto Start-X para mi Ford Edge SEL 2013, y puedo decir que la experiencia fue positiva en términos de funcionamiento y resultados finales. Sin embargo, la instalación requiere algo de paciencia y precisión. El proceso no es imposible de realizar por cuenta propia, pero sí puede resultar un tanto complicado si es la primera vez que se interviene el área del encendido. Todo comienza retirando cuidadosamente el panel inferior del volante, seguido de los tornillos de las tapaderas laterales, para así acceder a los tornillos ocultos que sujetan el pequeño panel junto al odómetro, el cual también está conectado a la cubierta superior del volante. Una vez retiradas estas piezas, se obtiene acceso a los tres tornillos que aseguran el sistema de llave de arranque. A partir de ese punto, la conexión del arnés del Start-X es bastante directa. La programación es rápida, intuitiva y estable, siguiendo los pasos indicados por el fabricante. El sistema reconoce el control original del vehículo y permite el encendido remoto sin necesidad de empalmes ni cortes de cables. Tras la instalación, el desempeño ha sido impecable: el arranque responde de inmediato, y el motor se mantiene estable, tal como si se encendiera manualmente desde la llave. En resumen, el Start-X Remote Starter cumple lo que promete. Es un módulo confiable, funcional y de buena calidad. Super easy to install, from start to finish it was only 25 minutes. Everything was plug and play. Took a couple tries to program with the keys, just make sure you listen for 3, and only 3, chimes. My truck would chime 4 times and once the fourth happens it won’t program. Zip tied everything up under the dash and it all works great. Would definitely recommend for anyone that wants a remote starter.

Very simple install only have to take the steering column shroud off and its all plug and play. I took the knee bolster off to help run the harness but you can lay underneath and fish it through without. You WILL need 2 oem keys that are able to start the truck to be able to program the remote start. Just follow the instructions and you will have a working remote start in under an hour and only a few hundred bucks.

It works great, as described. The instructions that come with it are not the best, there’s a video for each model vehicle on their website. Just happy it works tbh 🤙🏻

Advertised correctly, comes with a link to an install instruction. Presuming you get your exact make/model I don't see why this would be a problem on any vehicle. Neat and tidy inline plug kinda install. I've got a bit of experience with cars and electronics but really anyone should be able to do this with the tools provided and a basic consumer grade toolkit. Make sure you have two legit keys already as that is required in the programing step. Just as if you were going to program a replacement remote you need to do it before you lose one of your original ones. Need two proper keys to program a 3rd (which is essentially how this works I would guess). Now hurry up and make one for a 2007 Xterra please.
