ShelterLogic Universal Full Length Cover

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!Left top edge split exposing wood after less than 1yr. The lack of holes at the bottom causes it to come off in heavy wind causing me to punch holes just to anchor it down.**I tried to post a pic of the damage, but the Amazon "add a photo" is a dead button.

I can't complain, this cover is exactly what I wanted. Good price, fits my 8ft rack well, heavy duty zippers and tough material. Kind of reminds me of a boat cover.The real test will be how it is several months from now but compared to the quality of the cover that came with my rack - this thing should go the distance.

Cover showed up on time, fit my log rack BUT leaked during the first rain storm. The top seam is sewn but NOT "welded". Given the packaging it will be easier to use seam sealer to stop the leak than try and return it.However, I will not purchase another - this is a design flaw and surprising for a company like Shelter Logic.

Design is flawed. Seam along tops leaks. Wood gets wet.

I'm ready for yet ANOTHER cover for my Shelter Logic 8ft. and 4ft. racks, but I'm currently looking at other options.I can't get but around two years out of these covers before they're starting to disintegrate and rip - I assume from constant sunlight exposure. After the third year, they're completely useless.I can't afford to keep buying new covers every two or three years!The white Shelter Logic logo also "runs" - either make it more weather resistant or leave it off!For comparison, I have two Weber grills with Weber covers that have been in the sun as much as these wood rack covers and neither Weber grill cover shows any sign of weather degradation.I'm currently looking for replacement covers made of a material that more closely resembles what the Weber grill covers are made of.

Can't keep this on the wood pile. Wind get under it and lifts it off. Even putting pieces of firewood on top of it do not cure the issue. Also, the seam across the top leaks water onto the firewood, defeating the purpose of a cover. Buying a different brand that has retention straps on the bottom. Live and learn!
