Royal Shappire Kitchen Product Present Royal Sapphire Stainless Steel Kitchen Stand (30X36)

I purchased the item but was totally unsatisfied & unhappy with the product.The product does not stand properly on the floor.The holes made on the pipes are uneven / not uniform and many extra as well repeat holes have been made giving very ugly look.The product cannot be hung as claimed by the seller and their claim is incorrectThe overall finish is horrible as compared to claim of seller.No polishing powder was provided along with the product though stated by seller.SUSHIL GUPTA, KOLKATA

Superior Quality, width wise very good. One demerit, that spoon holder is not available. Ample space for a family of 5.I am happy with this product.

We got this from another seller on amazon but it is the same product. I decided to write a small review here because this was very hard to assemble. Due to very bad packing which causes the stands to not align correctly to insert the screws. You need a LARGE players and most likely 2 people to assemble it, The players have to be large enough to hold the tray AND fit through the frame so you can push them together. First insert the screws from one side before tackling the other side which will be too short to reach to attach the screws. Use the pliers to pull the tray to the body frame before trying to insert the screws, One person needs to be pressing the players to align the holes while the other inserts the screws. None of the trays matched the holes in the frame to attach the screws otherwise. Using force with the players to pull the holes to match will make inserting the screws much easier. Also get a proper large Flathead screw driver. Go to the hardware store with the screws first and buy a proper fitting screw driver since anything else will slip and cut your hand. The video itself showed the assembler slipping while tightening the screws and I was rooting for him to cut his hand and actual assembly will be much harder than the video suggest.Not assembling this properly and without some expertise using proper tools will cause injury. So take precautions to make sure you do not get hurt. Slipping screw drivers while tightening the screws will need extra care. Make sure your hands are in a safe position and dont get in the way of wayward screw drivers etc.The polish some people talk about are the black goo covered frame which you get on your hands while assembling and you need to wipe it off at the end to give it a polished look.Something we did was to fix this upside down, ie the bottom of the frame appears at the top. The plate holders instead of being inside the frame body, will stick out at the top into the air. So the plates will actually make this into like a 36'x40' stand.You can also for instance fix it upside down. IE the bottom row of plate holders can be reverse connected so they appear at the top. Which is how we fixed ours since we are using the top row only to hold plates for show and storage as it is too high. The shelves can be fitted in reverse so it provides some resistance to sliding and you can see that if you feel the surface of the trays. The 2 holding strips which are supposedly at the bottom to provide support will then appear at the top and the edges will also protrude slightly preventing things from just sliding off the tray.Of course doing it this way, the bottom which is supposed to provide stability when you place it on the floor will not work as the top is rounded and it wont stay stable if you place it on the floor by reversing it fully. By also reversing the trays you also kind of reverse the frame as well as reversing the trays. It does make this into a like 36x40+ stand then as the plate holders sticking so high will also increase its height considerably.
