I was so excited to get my delivery of the new SpoonfulOne puffs (I should say my daughter was really excited). She couldn’t wait to get her hands on the strawberry ones which makes me so happy. As a pediatric Registered Dietitian with a ton of allergies in my family, I worry that my kids will develop allergies. Knowing that my daughter is continuously being exposed to the most common allergens gives me confidence that she is protected from developing any of those. It’s just too hard to feed her all of those foods every day. The fact that she actually wants to eat the puffs is just a bonus!

These are a game changer! We started with the Spoonful One mix in powder, and we were thankful to be able to use that to expose our son to potential allergens early on, but now that he is on the go these are so convenient! He will happily gobble down a whole pack and these pouches have become a fast favorite snack. I love that I can quickly throw one in the diaper bag as I’m running out the door and don’t have to pour cereal in a snack cup or try to cut up fruit as I’m wrangling our older toddler. I also love that our nanny can give these to him as a safe, easy, consistent way to continue his allergy prevention when I’m not with him. Thank you for making these!

As a school teacher, I work with so many kids that have moderate to severe allergies; it's so sad and sometimes very preventable. The trick is to expose the child to common food allergies "early and often". I struggled with this because as a working mom it's so difficult to exposed my baby with the top food allergens so often. I could never find the time! Also I didn't know how much of the allergens I should introduce; how much is too much?! This product does all the work for you with a safe, small dosage. So easy, and they are seriously delicious too!

I would give less than one star if I could. We have been using the mix in packets for some time and my 8 month old loves Gerber puffs so I thought we’d try these. We’ve just opened our second pack and he’s choked twice even with me cutting them in halves or quarters. They are hard and don’t dissolve like a puff should for a new eater. My little eats everything we eat despite having no teeth, but these are dangerous.

We love spoonfulone puffs! They have a great flavor and crunch! My older kids love them as well! I love that they come in individual packages especially when on the go. So much better than carrying a huge container or needing to place in a smaller one. I also love the added benefit of protecting my learning to eat baby from food allergies. We are fans!

My pediatrician was the one who first told me that I should be concerned about my son getting a food allergy. No one in my family has food allergies, but because my son had eczema she was concerned that he was at risk (babies with eczema are at much higher risk of developing a food allergy). So in addition to keeping his skin healthy (we used CeraVe), she said we had to start giving him all of the foods responsible for food allergies (not just peanut) and that it wasn't just one-and-done, but that we needed to continuously include all of these foods into his diet regularly. My son is a super picky eater so the idea of him eating shrimp + pistachios + egg + cod + walnuts was daunting. Then, hello SpoonfulOne! Not only does each bag of puffs include all the foods responsible for over 90% of food allergies, but my son actually LOVES them! Thank you so much for creating this product for my little guy!

We are excited to have another flavor puff available! My son has used the mix-ins and has enjoyed the maple puffs. He loves the strawberry! As for me, we cook a lot and offer him a wide variety of food without using Spoonful One, but we love knowing that he is getting exposure to everything that he needs to reduce the risk of allergies. And with more frequency than we could possibly offer. Thank you for providing such a great product.

SpoonfulOne puffs are amazing! Such a brilliant idea. They’re perfect to take on the go, and my two young kids love them. But most important I feel good knowing that I’m exposing them regularly to all of these foods.
