Windshield Mount for iPhone

I give this a five star for quality of materials, function, lightweight, and price. One problem with adjusting screw design: the nut falls out easily when adjusting the angle of the camera. If you position this in one position and don't change the position, it will be great. I changed the position once, and the nut fell off and could have easily been lost on the floor as it is so tiny. It took me 30 minutes to figure out how to put it back together. It would be ideal if the knob was superglued to the nut. I plan to do this so I don't risk losing the nut again. I otherwise like this so much that I might buy a second one as a back up.

I bought this to anchor my iPhone 11 Pro to the windshield for making videos. It works ok, phone vibrates some but after the first time when I didn't set the suction cup properly and it fell, it's stayed secure. Would be nice if I could use it in portrait mode for making Reels and other vertical format videos, but for YouTube landscape mode it works good. Note : suction cup leaves some residue on the windshield but it wipes clean with window cleaner and cloth.

Easy mount and use only issue is while driving my phone tends to pop out of it

I haven't had this even a week, and I can already tell that this product is not going to last long. Will be returning but this is why you should buy something else. 1. There are way too many cheap plastic set screws for adjusting your phones position. And they all come loose and need to be tightened constantly and I'm getting the feeling that one of these days the plastic is going to break from me trying to get them tight enough that it stops moving. 2. Unless your phones buttons are on the top, you have to have your phone off center to avoid the holder pushing buttons. This also contributes to the loosening of the screws because it's being held away from the center of gravity. 3. Crushes my phone case and forces it apart. I'm glad that it tries to hold my phone as best as it can, but when my phone case is getting forced apart that's a bit too much. 4. Clunky to put your phone into. I never feel like my phone is sitting in the holder far back enough and end up fighting with it just so it won't fly out if it pops my case open. 5. Pointless points of adjustment. The swivel holder is pointless to me considering this has so many points of adjustment. It's also the worst when it comes to coming loose. There is just no way to get that part tight enough without gluing it in place. Over all this looks cheap, feels cheap and is going to get returned before it breaks.

So I got this originally because it was linked with the Dragy. One of the hardest things is finding a window mount for a camera that can fit the curve of multiple windshields while also holding it steady when giving it the beans! It handled both my cammed z06 and bolt on RS3 with no issues and while I know most of the steadiness of the video is from the phone itself, I've definitely tried other mounts that still were shaky. Only kind of drawback and it isn't even really a drawback seeing as I gave it 5 stars is it does sit at sort of a weird angle to get the arm to lock into place with the phone in a horizontal position. I don't think I would use it every day because it does impede your view out the front of your car a bit, however if you're using it every day I doubt you need the phone horizontal so its probably not an issue.

I would expect this quality from something sturdier looking, but for being so thin, it has quality materials that so far haven't broken, and it feels far more sturdier than it looks. It is perfect for my dashcam app I use since dashcams are way too pricy for me. I love it, I do recommend getting a phone case for extra friction, but I don't think it is necessary, I am just extra cautious. Of all the other window mounts I have burned through, this one is definitely the best for the 30+ years old Toyota Carolla I have.

I bought this cell phone holder to replace my broken dash cam mount. It holds the camera sturdily on the windshield. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Works as advertised. I like the fact that it can be used on a tripod. It's sturdy as long as the screws are very tight. For the price, I would recommend it.

Do not buy. Cheap cheap quality. The sucking cup Dropped off 10 minutes after initial uses. Glad my iPhone 6 plus is not damaged, but I have to pull over and reset the gps navigation. Very unhappy about the purchase.
