I bought this for my mother's ashes. She had a very simple style. She didn't like anything too ornate. I knew I wanted a simple box with a cross. This has just the right design with the cross in a traditional, simple box.

My niece wanted a urn that reminded her of her Dad. He was a lineman and the design reminded us of power lines. We love it. And the delivery was very fast. Thank you

I was expecting more than one screw to open it at the bottom but it was fine. Actually it was easier to open one screw than the three that were shown in the photo. I was very pleased with the purchase especially during this most difficult time. The urn was just as I hoped it would be based on the photo. It really is a lovely piece. Thank you so very much.

There was a scratch mark on the urn when I unwrapped it. The distressed paint technique using purple and gold combined with the silver paint in the cross looked thrown together. The paint job was not professional. I requested a refund last week and have not heard back. I purchased a typical wood urn from this company in the past and it was lovely.
