This stuff is great for a non stimulant type of product. You will need to take this a month before noticing a change. it doesn't keep you up at night and is easy on the stomach.

This product is GMO and contains artificial colors. Not what I was looking for in a supplement. Will not buy again because supplements shouldn't be GMO or contain artificial additives IMO.
