ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDI bought this a few years ago for classes to carry my food in and absolutely perfect especially if you’re wanting to keep standard portions of food . It comes with a foldable spoon too. I lost mine a year after buying it and I just bought it again for work ! I’ve recommended this to friends as it comes in a variety of colours , great quality for price and NO LEAKS (unless you’re not using the second lid inside that holds the spoon)Additionally it comes with another lid for the food that you can clip your spoon into , this also has a button to release the pressure when you have hot foods so that it doesn’t pop or burst on you before opening. Honestly it is great for size , price , weight , and functionality!Definitely a good purchase.It will keep your food insulated for HOURS and provides an airtight vacuum tooFor how long it keeps insulated- I will make my food at 6am and keep it either in the fridge or my bag until 1pm by which the food is still hot! Cold foods have lasted me until around 7pm until they become warm.The actual flask itself is dishwashable in my opinion but the lid and other id recommend hand washing

This is a great quality food flask. So long as you preheat with boiling water, it will easily keep food hot for many hours. My lads aren't keen on school dinners so we use these for pasta, chilli, soup or hot chocolate. They were so impressed, I have had to buy them one each. The folding metal spoon is a good touch and better than using plastic and as it fits in the lid, so far we haven't lost them.

I work as a nurse and was hoping to use this for a hot meal on a long shift. For day shift I REALLY don't want to get up at 5am to heat up some soup, so tried it the night before, to see if it would last. I can say that 16 hours leaves the soup a little above tepid, so it won't last that long, however, on a night shift I can more easily heat up soup late afternoon and take it with me, so, after 8 hours, the top of the soup was definitely cooling, but it was hot enough just under the top that I had to let it cool! I like a thick soup so a wee stir would have sufficed and reckon it would probably manage 12 hours before getting too cold. Certainly the base was hot and I think the heat is mostly escaping from the lid, so maybe something could be done to improve that in future models?It's very easy to clean (quick rinse does well) but my hands are too broad to get to the bottom and needed a brush to give it a thorough clean. The seamless design does mean cleaning it is super easy and I quite like the folding spoon, despite other's complaints. You do need to be careful when bending it open and closed, but a little caution should be enough.Overall, very happy. I'll be using it for night shift again and it means I get a hot meal on a 12 hour shift which is priceless!

This is a great food container, my Son loves it for his school lunch. He mainly has noodles in it but I’m sure it would be fine for whatever you wanted to use it for. The lid keeps the food locked in and the fold up fork is brilliant. Stays warm for most of the day.
