Product Description BABOR CLEANSING Phytoactive Hydro Base Phytoactive Hydro Base forms the second stage of BABOR's 2-phase deep cleansing and is particularly beneficial for dry skin due to its specially formulated plant extracts. Used with BABOR HY-OIL, oil- and water-soluble impurities are gently removed and the skin is cared for even during cleansing. The phytoactives provide a special fragrance experience to match the skin's appearance. Simply apply 4 pumps of HY-OIL to dry skin and then spread 2 pumps of Phytoactive Hydro Base over it with moistened fingers until a milky emulsion forms. Then rinse off thoroughly with plenty of cool water. BABOR. Ask for more.
