I was skeptical about this product but figured the price was good so why not try it. The instructions on this product were too vague for me. Shampoo and condition your hair and then apply one tube of this treatment. Nothing stating a suggested amount of time to leave this product on for. I researched online and anything I found said people were leaving it on for one minute. I figured if a minute was good then fifteen minutes would be better so that is what I did :)Just in case it is helpful for anyone, I have blonde hair that is bleached (highlighted). Naturally it is a medium brunette shade (I guess! Ha). I have a lot of hair but the texture is fine, not thick. It has a bit of a natural curl also. I drive a convertible so it is always taking a beating from the wind and the sun. Between the bleaching to make it blonde, the wind blowing it, and the use of a straightening iron, my hair takes plenty of abuse. I use really good shampoos and conditioners but I am always in need of deep conditioning.I really like this product so far! After using one tube I immediately turned around and ordered more boxes of it. My hair does feel healthier and smoother and seems to have more bounce after just the initial use.I am posting two photos that I took after one use. These are unfiltered photos. The only thing I did to my hair prior to these photos was shampoo, condition, apply one Pantene Rescue Shot, and straightened with a straightener. I did not use any other products at all. My hair looks shiny and healthy and not like someone with bleached hair that is getting damaged from the sun and wind in the car.I am hoping to keep seeing positive results with continued use and I will update this review if anything changes my opinion.

This is a really great product and I have been using it for years to make my thick and unmanageable hair silky and smooth. But in this recent order, the number of capsules in my order have once again reduced for a comparable price- the price per capsule is more, but unless you closely examine what you are getting (especially if you have been getting it for a while), you think the price has decreased. I don't appreciate this marketing approach.

Left hair feeling soft. Nice hair product

I had to write this review in hopes it may help someone as upset as I was. I have fine, not thin but fine, delicate hair. I went for highlights about a week ago and my stylist wanted to highlight underneath which we didn’t last time. I was hesitant. Anyway, if wreaked havoc on my shorter hairs underneath and caused snapping and breakage. I hadn’t gone through this in many years since I was young and dumb-when I used to heat style my hair and not take hair care seriously. Those days are long gone and I try to be extremely careful with my locks. I was freaking out the day after my trip to the salon and dropped a lot of coin on five star products all over amazon. This one was well worth it! I see a huge difference after just using one full tube of these shots and leaving it on for five minutes. Next time I’ll leave it on for 15... but here’s the routine for anyone suffering from a chemical cut:1. Shampoo with ogx keratin shampoo2. Condition (overdose on the conditioner!) with ogx Moroccan oil conditioner3. Put an entire one of these rescue shot tubes on hair.. I even went up near my scalp because of damage to baby hairs. Let it sit for five minutes4. Rinse for at least three mins with cold water5. Dry with a microfiber towel as much as possible before using a bunch of leave in conditioners, specifically Infuism, but I honestly am using like six products in my hair before drying carefully with a blow dryer... and I wait as long as possible for my hair to air dry before using the blow dryer6. Avoid any and all other heat stylers... hope this helps someone else going through this tragedy. I promise these should help!

I received a sample of this product when I bought the shampoo at Walmart and I fell in love with it! It's moisturizing, soothing, and smells wonderful! I put it on in the shower after I've shampooed and conditioned my hair and let it sit for a few minutes. I've found that it has helped change my extremely damaged hair (due to home coloring) from frizzy to sleek and smooth. I was super excited to see that you could buy a 3 pack on Amazon. If you're looking for a conditioner that will turn your frizzy, unmanageable hair into a sleek and polished hair style, look no further!
