Cristal D'Arques Longchamp 11-3/4-Ounce Crystal Iced-Tea Glass, Set of 4

These are a nice, heavy duty lead crystal glass that represent an excellent value for what their cost. Even with their relatively resonable price, they can easily be used anywhere from casual tableware to formal dining, and fulfill their function with aplumb. Wherever they are used, their beauty catches the eye and positive comments typically are the order of the day or evening, regardless of the function or event. Even after the years, they retain their beauty as the first day they were used. The biggest problem was finding this glass, but Amazon came through and and their acquisition was thereafter simplified: the orders were shipped quickly and very well packed, with the heavy-but-fragile glassware arriving safe, intact, and in pristine condition. If one is looking to augment or even begin a Longchamp collection, this is the best place to begin and end, as the selection here is second to none, and the prices are very good to match. This particular glass and its matching pattern easily rate a '10', or 5 solid stars for beauty, price, and value.

This glasswear is quite nice, when you consider how much each glass costs. We have several kinds and they set a pretty table.

Every time I order these glasses, at least one is broken when they arrive. You gave me credit last time, but this time I did not complain. I guess it is the way they pack them at the factory and one will always be broken. My wife love the glasses, so we will keep ordering and just get use to having part of the set broken.Kermit Nabors

Cristal D'Arques glassware is very pretty, with the facets catching the light and sparkling. The glasses are heavier than much crystal and feel very solid. We have had these for several years and in daily use, find they tend to chip around the top edge, so we seem to have to replace a few every few years. If one used a bit more care in loading the dishwasher or regularly hand washed them, I don't think this would be a problem. Overall, I recommend them for a nicely dressed table setting.

We had started a set of Cristal D'Arques glass ware and these Iced-Tea glasses were priced right to buy to add to our set. We were already pleased by the quality of the manufacturer and the beauty of the glass pattern.

I ordered the Iced Tea glasses to match a set given to me by my mother several years ago. They look beautiful, but I was a little disappointed in the quality. The seams on the glasses were rough and you can feel a ridge at the seam. I wish the seams were smoother like the older glasses. They arrived in wonderful shape, no breakage or chips. I am happy to have a complete set of glasses now.

I have been waiting for these glasses to be available for months and was thrilled when I was notified my order would finally be filled. They arrived today and there are flaws on each one! The glasses have seams spaced 1/3 of the way around each glass (total of 3 seams on each glass) that is rough. I have champagne flutes, wine glasses, cordial stemware, and shot glasses (bought by mistake but so cute I kept them), water tumblers and two pitchers in this pattern and none of the other pieces have seams like that. It is as if a step of the manufacturing was left off where the seams would be buffed smooth. Also, one box had paper dividers in the middle of the box only so the two glasses on either side bounced against each other during shipping. Of course the lips of those glasses are cracked and pieces have fallen out. I am returning the glasses but I hope I can get undamaged ones in the future.

I bought these to add to a collection that I have had for awhile. These are very poor quality and show water spots when washed by hand. I would not recommend this product.
