My husband has developed 2 inguinal hernias. After searching extensively, I ordered this for him. He is 6' tall and 190 lbs. Slim but has a bit of a belly on him so we weren't sure what size to order at first. After reading the other reviews, and a couple of suggestions to order down a size so it fits snuggly, we ordered a Medium. It was the right choice. He can comfortably wear it but feels it presses firmly where it needs to in order to provide support and a press-in on the hernias. In his case, he is using both pad inserts at the same time and it's working well.

Works well but a little difficult to navigate when using the restroom

This belt is an improved version of the beige belt from Wonder Care. I used the first one for over a year until the loop part of the velcro for the crotch straps weakened. I feel I got my money's worth. The new grey one is a similar design with some improvements. The main belt is wider and slightly less strong. It is more comfortable and stay in place better. The crotch straps are comfortable by being longer and not as strong. I am currently trying the crotch straps from the beige Wonder Care as they are shorter, stronger and so far I like the hybrid setup. Update again! I had tried a Blitzu and did not like anything about it. I am glad I kept my original Wonder Care and was able to go back to using it. I have purchased another grey one as a back when my earlier grey WonderCare finally give out. Right now it is still doing fine The design, elastic and velcro is better all around.

For the price this is a good product. My husband has had his for a week and it's already starting to stretch out. The velcro is strong but the band is wearing out fast. The pads seem sturdy. It's doing its job but compared to the one we bought at Norco Medical Supply is way tougher.

Verry comfortable. Made of high quality material. Have use it for 2 years now and it's still in great condition. This product Vill last for a very long time. Good investment.

All business dealings were typical for my experience with ordering items online. The price was good/decent. The product was comfortable for me use. It was easy to put on. My problem with this is it did not work well for me and my hernia. (Very large and my I am back to the drawing board. Thanks for everything, we tried. :-)

Uncomfortable, after wearing for an hour the elastic part was causing rash marks on my skin, the durability of the product is sound and the support from the cushions is there but I cannot wear this all day. I found a plain old ace bandage more comfortable than this. This is one of thise situations where you really do get what you pay for. Save your money and get a real neoprene Comfort Truss (google is your friend)

Good product and100% comfortable

This Wonder Care - Grey Inguinal Hernia Support belt is an outstanding product. It is wonderfully comfortable, and it provides excellent support. It holds the inguinal hernia inside the abdomen membrane when you are standing, sitting, lying down - or even bending over to tie your shoelaces. The pressure pad is very thin, soft and flexible, and is held in place by elasticized straps that are removable and washable, and very comfortable. I found it to be very snug, secure and comfortable. Putting the belt on, was very easy. It has a very wide elasticized waist band that attaches above your hip, and toward the front, with very strong velcro. This is very important, because it allows you to see what you are doing, as you do it. Other brands - have very rigid egg-shaped pressure pads that are held in place way too firmly and uncomfortably (like a potato duct-taped to the hernia). Most of them also make you thread the waist band through a loop and pull it tight, then secure the velcro behind your back where you can't see it and where it is very difficult to reach. AWKWARD. But this Wonder Care belt can be attached easily in about 2 seconds. I first got another belt for twice the price that wasn't nearly as good as this Wonder Care belt (and some of those types of hernia belts cost 10 times the price.
