Also use as clotheslines, canopy support, signs or banners, outdoor inflatable support. The rope has a solid core which does not stretch as much as other rope types. It has a braided outside that helps protect the core and maintains lateral flexibility. Diamond Braid general purpose rope is flexible and lightweight, rot proof, resists oil, water, gasoline and most chemicals. It is ideal for general outdoor utility use, small boats, camping. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR WATER SKIING WAKEBOARDING OR KNEE BOARDING. Warning: Knots reduce the strength of the rope up to 50%, splicing is preferable. Do not use this product for overhead lifting, support of human weight or athletic equipment, or other situations where personal safety or valuable property can be endangered. The working loads shown should never be exceeded: 380 pounds maximum. Shock conditions can reduce working loads by as much as 33%. Never stand in line with rope under tension; such rope, particularly nylon rope, may recoil . Never use this product to secure large flat surfaces or objects. All ropes should be replaced if signs of wear, such as broken fibers are apparent. Misuse can result in serious injury or death.

RIP OFF JUNK GARBAGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
TOTAL GARBAGE / SWL IS ONLY 140LBS AND TO BE HONEST I WOULDN'T EVEN TAKE IT THAT FAR. YOU CAN STRETCH THIS ROPE LIKE A PIECE OF ELASTICPOSSIBLY THE BIGGEST PILE OF JUNK I HAVE EVER GOT FROM AMAZON.COM.RIP OFF.I CHUCKED IT STRAIGHT INTO THE GARBAGE WHERE IT BELONGS

Description is not accurate
The stated safe working load is 340 lbs, but the label on the rope I received states 140 lbs safe working load. This cheap rope is available at big box stores at a better price. Save your money.

Total Junk!
Do yourself a favor--buy something other than this. First, the working load is just 140 pounds, not 360 as listed. I regard that as a fundamental misrepresentation of the product offered. Second, the exterior braiding is so flimsy that it arrived cut or torn in places. Finally, this rope is very elastic and can't readily be used in tension. Since lifting or pulling is impractical, buy it at your own risk, unless all you need is something decorative that "looks" like rope.

OK Rope - Not great
Doesn't appear to be high quality rope. The center core doesn't melt well.Did what I needed it to do. But I've found better rope at this price.

what i wanted
you only get one of these and you can't pick the color, but it was just what i was looking for to cut into jump ropes for my childrens' classes.

not splice-able
This not real rope. In the ad it says good for splicing. When I pulled the core out, it looks like a paper towel. This rope is not splice-able.

Not pleased. Would not recommend
Rope arrived pre-frayed. I never would have selected this bundle of rope at a physical store if I had held it in my hands before purchase. Why would you even ship a product with an obvious defect? Not pleased. Would not recommend.
