This sign is not what I had expected but I love it. I thought I was ordering a sidewalk sign with chalkboard in the middle, however it's tough plastic surround is also the center of the board and you are supposed to put paper signs in the middle. Instead, I still treat it as chalkboard and use Bistro Chalk Markers. It looks great, Has lasted longer than any other chalkboard sign because of the heavy duty plastic. Not what I thought I was purchasing, but so glad this is what I got. I have ordered 2 more for other businesses. highly recommend
