It is bulky in the waist area with the zipper & waist string. For the price, I would go with a one piece that doesn't have much going on in the waist area if it will be used as a base layer. Overall, material was soft & as described.

Not worth the money
The zipper around the waist is way to big and yet the torso length is way to short.I wish I could get my money back!Patagonia's new capilene suit looks like it will not disappoint.

As a ski patroller, I rely heavily on my layers to keep me warm and dry. Hands down my merino ninja suit is my most valuable piece of layering. I don't know how I managed before they came along!
