***Update*** This company stands by their product and have a great customer service. They offered me a full refund for their product. Therefore I’ve updated the review to 4 stars.One star because everything was great until we actually had to use it in real life. Made to hold tablets and some of the bigger phones, however this car mount caves in under the tablet weight. (FYI, We used it with kindle fire hdx in its safety case) And the entire tablet screen flopped facing the floor and no one seating in the back row could watch the screen. I would like to return this product but already threw out the box. Can someone let me know if this can be returned without the box.

The iPad won’t stay on this device, and the device won’t stay on the headrest, all around this has been a wasted purchase.

This was an okay product! It doesn’t stay falls I do have an iPhone 8 Plus and it said it holds this product but my cell kept falling
