Everything arrived sooner than expected. Perfect condition for the price. Not a high end computer but it does the job for simple task. I did have to buy a different mouse and keyboard but I expected that. Overall I'm satisfied with our purchase.

I'm a computer repair guy and had to reassemble the unit because it was packed so poorly. I had to bend some parts with pliers to make them fit again. I needed it for a customer, so I gritted my teeth and handled it rather than fool around with a return. Good computer, good value, terrible packaging.

Don’t buy it, unless you want to lose money. In 5 mounts it isn’t work. I’ve talked with the support and they simply sent me looking for the extended warranty on another company. My computer went to the trash.

so far the computer is working fine. it is super fast that was an added bonus. great for the money!! i would not spend$$$$ on a new model, refurbished is just as good as new.

I forgot the early 2000's 20lb square monitors were still in existence, I wouldnt have paid 10 bucks for one let alone the 15$ upgrade. keyboard and mouse are very cheesy. Computer works well though, wish I would have just bought the computer since the monitors and keyboards are junk.

The monitor is so old it literally could have been used for my middle school library. I'm 34 years old... I had to go buy a new monitor. I can't even sell this one for 5 bucks. Literally. No one wants it even though I'm selling it for 5 dollars. We laughed in disbelief when we saw it. You are just paying for the tower.

This computer is a great value! Works well and is an affordable PC for my son to start building with.

Computer is working great, the only thing I had to through away the mouse; it was broken, its box was smashed. It looks like the way it was packed didn't work :(
