I bought this product as an upgrade in sound quality from a tape adapter. The problem with this product and the tape adapter is that you lose a considerable amount of bass compared to how it sounds over radio or CD. It is definitely noticeable if you switch between radio to this adapter in terms of sound quality and bass output. I actually went back to using the tape adapter instead of this product because of the static interference this puts out of the speakers. If you don't mind losing bass quality from your built in sound system this adapter will work for you.

This product does not fit the monsoon radio on the 2003 Golf 2.0L. I found a "BMW" aux input that actually did fit my 2003 Golf (unlike this product). Please physically check your radio before ordering this product, and cross-refrence the photos. Amazon doesn't do a good job with vehicle fitment

Work's fantastic in my 1998 Audi A4 B5 with single CD cuz I changed it from the tape radio!! Like the seller says "make sure you select the right input". I actually also bought the Aukey Bluetooth receiver on Amazon and connected it to this unit and I now use it completely wireless, phone calls and all. The Aukey has a built in microphone. ( I a little bit of an electronics guru!! Lol) works amazing.

Don't waste your money on double dins and aftermarket stereos since this badboy does the fkn job !!

Great product, comes with a manual they only disappointment is cable quality, be very careful when you putting it through the panel you might damage it easily.
