Great Griddle Plate. Handles Not So Great.
The griddle plate arrived with one handle missing. I found it in the bottom of the box bent out of shape. This seems to be an issue several other people have mentioned. I'm not bothered as I didn't need the handles for what I'm using it for. I can easily bend it back into shape if I ever need to use it. I washed it when it arrived with washing up liquid and a plastic scourer. It will begin to rust within minutes of you doing this so have some oil ready to wipe it down with. I used vegetable oil and then put it in a hot oven to season it. It worked perfectly and it's then been outdoors on one side of my charcoal BBQ grill so I can fry up veggies while grilling burgers. Does the job perfectly!
