11/22/17-UPDATED REVIEW: I feel like a complete DUNCE. I was so frustrated because I could not find the USB Reciever and I was looking at other types of wireless devices when I saw a picture of one with the USB receiver in the bottom of the mouse. Well, I looked at the bottom of my mouse and didn't see anything except this strange little door which was certainly too small for a battery so I opened it up and took an exacto knife to see if the little black rectangle under the lid was removable. Guess what ? It was the USB receiver. Of course the instructions don't show you were it is and nothing in the description tells you where it is. Anyway, I found it and it is working. I gave it 4 stars because I like the feel, but I didn't give it five because the merchant didn't tell me where to look for the USB receiver.I am giving this 3 stars based on the design and feel. I am currently using a wired version and like it very much. Unfortunately I have had to return this mouse because the little USB receiver shown in the picture was not included in the package. I will give this one another try just in case it was an error that occurred during packaging. If the second one is still not complete then I will just stick with my wired wow pen joy.

I just purchased this product after getting tennis elbow diagnosed. I can't speak to the use or reliability yet. I can however comment on the instructions and dongle location. The instructions are completely wrong and appear to simply be a copy job from some other mouse. Package contents say a AA battery is included. The instructions describe inserting the AA battery. There is no AA battery and there is no place to put any battery since it is WIRELESS MOUSE. It made me question everything else in the instructions. And then there is the dongle. It is stored where it is close to impossible to remove. I had to use a thin knife to actually pry it out. It is a ridiculous way to store the dongle because I can't imagine anyone storing it there and having to fight to get it out when needed. I sincerely hope it works for me so I can end the pain from the tennis elbow.

The well for the USB dongle is too deep. The usb receiver gets stuck, and it can take an hour just to remove it from the door compartment. If damaged during this process, no return will be accepted. Stop putting the usb dongle in the compartment. Now, I have no place to keep my usb dongle, unless I want it to get stuck again.

I bought this March 5, 2018. Almost exactly a year later, it stopped working and will not charge. I don't think I should have to replace my mouse every year.It was good while it lasted, although very lightweight and with that, a tendency to fly off the keyboard tray.

Sensitivity was poor and after a couple of weeks it stopped working completely. I was very disappointed after having used the wired version for many years without any failure or performance issues. This wireless version does not measure up.

This mouse was purchased to help relieve wrist pain and it worked well.

I have used the wired version for a few years and was very happy with the comfort and reliability. This one has instructions that I found difficult to follow and I eventually returned it and bought the SANWA version which works fine.
