I put this up with plastic channels. i glue it in where it would stay. however. Some of the colors are not working after a year. Also, you have to SEAL with a flexible type glue, the plug where the wiring is attached. If not, it will short out in a rain and you will have to buy another remote control unit.

These are by far the easiest and fastest rope lights to install and use by far! I will purchase more when I get around to replacing the rest of my led strip lighting Very bright and vibrant colors as well

The lights don’t mount well in the brackets, you cannot program remote to fade specific colors, the remote only works if you are very close to the sensor, and there is literally NO phone number to reach the manufacturer for assistance. Lastly, one ssegment of the lights has a discolored LED which couldn’t be seen until I had spent $600 for installation.

I installed these on the deck of a boat in May 2022. Looked good for a few uses. Started having color issues. Turned back on this spring and look even worse. Has blotches of color all through the rope. I would not recommend them.

Have to be within 3 foot of unit for remote to work. Refuses to turn on after two weeks. Waist of money do not buy!

I expect a full refund. This was the third time I turned these on and had I not been here to put out the fire my home would be gone. Haven’t had any rain since they were installed. Very dangerous. I am sick over what could have happened.
