Not efficient. Screws got loose by its own and fell inside. Never purchase this product.

Warranty/ Guarantee card.
We have received the item. It is OK. But no warranty/guarantee card has received. I have paid for 1 year extended warranty also. But nothing is received against that. Where to go for claiming warranty and with what documents ?
