This book, and it's sequel, were instant hits in our house. Our boys have loved them fiercely for years. This books is sweet with great artwork and captures the imagination of both kids and adults. My kids loved it so much they asked for the 'ninja' outfit described in this book for Christmas the year after we got it. This book is a classic and I hope it is around for years. Get this book - and the sequel.

I found this adorable book for my 3 year old grandson who is completely obessed with wanting to be a Ninja and fight bad guys. The book has great illustrations and a great message about being a Ninja in your everyday life around your home. My grandson loves the book and has wanted to read it everyday since I gave it to him. A bonus was finding the website of the author and explore all the activities. I especially love the cute little YouTube video, and my grandson did too. The highlight is taking a picture and making your own picture into a Ninja warrior. Agree Chung is a genius, and is right on with introducing Ninja to our children. Keep up the great work Arree!

This book was read all week as a shared reading book for 3-5 year old's. They loved the story and pictures. We've used vocabulary from the book (courage, brave, overcome, undetected, believe, ability, etc.) in daily occurrences. It was a great way to teach self motivation and build self-esteem. This class had difficulties with transitions and walking quietly from one area to another. They love it when we say "lets creap/sneak like a ninja!". I even added the Ninja picture/word to our word wall and some of them will point out the word and name another child who's name starts with the same letter. Very happy we read this book....we also read the 3 Ninja Pigs a few months later.

Ninja is an imaginative and spirited book with playful illustrations. It is sure to be favorite with your little ninja.

My 4 yr. old grandson is really into Ninjas right now. This was the only book I found that I could consider age appropriate for him. Content and nice bright illustrations.

At first I was a bit disappointed by the simplicity of the story as my 2 year old can easily sit through books that contain many more words. That being said, my son likes this book and loves the pictures and is now obsessed with sneaking in to my bedroom to jump on me while yelling "Surprise!"

It's a cute book, but not amazing or awesome. My daughter is 6 and LOVES ninjas. She liked the book, but hasn't asked for it since reading it once.

I'm pretty sure the toddler crowd would get a kick out of the lightweight story and colourful pictures in this one. I read this to my baby and he seems to enjoy it, but I have a feeling he'll love it and appreciate it more in a couple of years.

Our son loves this book. Now that he has a little sister, it's even more fitting. Cute illustration

I am happy I found this book. I think my little Ninja grand-nephew will be happy with it. Maybe he will even get his little brother to join in their Ninja escapades.
