People who have asked to walk my dog, can’t get over how sturdy this is. They are very impressed. Allows my dog to go way ahead of me.

This is the only leash we will ever use.

The flashlight and poop bag holder work fine, the tape leash is too thin so constantly folds over on itself, and then you have to pull it out and flatten it to retract. Because it does not retract the way it should it frequently drags on the ground and tangles in my dogs legs. Overall a good design with one flaw, the tape is not sturdy enough, probably to allow for the extra length. Going back to the tug leash even though it is not as long

Needed to replace my previous extension leash as my fur baby wore it down. I was super pleased to find this sturdy and well built. The leash is relatively thick and the clasp is heavy duty which is perfect for my bully!! The xtended length, partnered with the built in flashlight and bag holder make walks easier and cleanup, especially in the morning or at night, is much easier not having to carry a separate flashlight!!! The entire unit is a bit bulky, but the handle provides a solid grip and the retention button is well placed and easy to switch from locked to unlocked. Would recommend for people with a larger hand.

We like the longer length.One drawback, the leash fabric is already tearing after a month of use.

Button that controls the retracting leash broke after moderate use. Flashlight is cumbersome and falls off if hit. Poop bag holder should be physically attached, comes off easily.

It’s very bulky. I guess that’s due to having a 25ft leash.I like the traction of the recoil. Very smooth. It would be nice if the poop bag holder is attach not hanging. (When you walk, it keeps hitting the bottom of the sevice and makes a lot of noise.) I would like to hear my surrounding not the clicking and clattering of the poop bag being bouncing into the device.Other than that it works very well. The flashlight works well.If there is a way to make this smaller and the poop bag is attach to the device, would be awesome.

Bought May 6, 2020 and used daily - until it snapped August 1, 2020. I loved this for hiking with my dog (36.5#, but part husky and *strong*). The flashlight kept falling off, and eventually fell off a cliff where I couldn't retrieve it.Pros: Extra length is awesome for giving my dog freedom while still keeping him off leash. Retraction works well for reeling him in when needed. Comfortable grip. I like the light.Cons: The hook for the poop bags doesn't close, so it drops the dispenser; not really usable unless you don't mind picking that up frequently. The flashlight falls off easily as well. Biggest con is that the line snapped in just 3 months of summertime use, though!Overall: I just looked *hard* for a heavier-duty replacement that still had this length and the light, and ended up rebuying this one despite wanting something better. I don't know if a retractable leash that won't break is an option. But at least my dog's recall is OK. :/

Unfortunately it's very heavy . The pullback line is not strong the leash closes back up slow .The light is good and strong, I use it for night walks with the dogs (without the leash).Was not very impressed with the poop bag container . The plastic seal where the bag is being pull out keeps falling off.In overall I wouldn't recommend this.
