Product works like a dream!!! The pressure relief obtained is amazing. Very comfortable. With a cosy soft cover and a firm but comforting inner that moulds nicely stays in place too. Legs and thighs are kept perfectly separated in alinement with the spine and hip joints. Definately recommend this product. Might even get another one, placing one in the mid- thigh region and a second one just below the knee for even more comfort and positioning control.Nothing to dislike about this product at all. Amazing!!

I love this pillow, I was sceptical to start with but it has alleviated the pain in my hips. I have also been able to buy spare pillow case covers by searching 40cm x 40cm pillows - good luck, some lovely colours!!!

Good quality! Arrived very quickly! But oh dear not suitable for me! Found it most uncomfortable, felt as though I was falling backwards out of bed! But does make a nice firm backrest for my chair!

I bought this to align my knees when sleeping, because of gluteal trochanteric pain. At first I thought they were the answer to the problem, but after a few days night-time pain returned. I've tried using/ not using it, and in the end have decided that it's not for me. But I must admit that it is superbly made, has its own washable cover and a separate soft storage case. I wouldn't want to discourage anyone else with GTPS from at least trying this knee-pillow.

Over the years I have tried numerous knee pillows which undoubtedly help with knee pain. Unfortunately the standard of manafacture has diminished and products contain poor quality foam which is not fit for purpose as it flattens in a couple of weeks no longer offering support.This pillow however contains memory foam similar to that used in good pillows, it is a good size and I think it will last well.The price is good compared to similar products.Communication and delivery first class. I am about to purchase a spare!
