No artificial junk with your vitamins!
Vitamin D3 in drop form is one of those no-brainer items that should be easy to get. But a lot of places sell D2 instead (D3 is the recommended form by professionals in the know) and there aren't that many in drop form. I take gel capsules but my kid won't swallow pills. And sometimes you just don't want another pill (or 5).What shocks me though is, when you finally do find D3 drops, nearly every brand has preservatives. Even the brands sold in the offices of holistic doctors or in health food stores. Read the ingredients. These things are not benign.Ddrops is not like other companies. None of their products have preservatives or anything artificial or unexpected. It's just Vitamin D and food grade oil. No swallowing capsules and no gelatin either. Note that I've spoken with them and they confirmed that every one of their D3 products is the same, aside from the dilution and packaging. Just choose the amount you want in each drop. There is nothing special about the formulas for kids; they're simply lower dose.My teen's blood levels of D were surprisingly low, so her doctor wants her on a whopping 5000 IU per day for a few months. In the formulation we chose, that's 5 drops a day. Easy, not expensive, and she can't taste it at all.We used these drops when she was a toddler too, upon advice from a doctor (though we rejected the preservative-laden brand he tried to sell us) and she never knew it was there (we told her, but she still couldn't tell the difference). You can taste it slightly if you put it in plain water or take it straight (it's not bad, just present) but in any other drink or food, it's invisible.I've recommended this brand for years and will not hesitate to do so in the future.

The best ingredients ♡
It is very convenient and has no taste. Keeps the task very minimal effort and so important when you are busy. I just put a drop on a piece of food. Great quantity for the price too. I got some for my baby and ended up getting me and my toddler some. We stay inside a lot so thos is a must have. I always have had vit d deficiency and taking it daily helps in so many ways.

great!
It works! Put a few drops under your tongue and your D levels will improve quickly. Monitor them with bloodwork though so you know you aren't getting too much or too little. Winter is the time of need for me with less sunlight. In the summer it's not really necessary to take unless you just don't ever go outside much in the sun. I take the part inside out and put it to my mouth. Okay. Not perfect I know. It's too bad they got rid of the dropper design. That was much better. But, it still works to do what is needed. So, I adjust and live with it the imperfection of the administration.

easy to use and tolerate
My husband and I take Vitamin D for our bone health and overall health, and for whatever benefits it may have for fighting Covid. Unfortunately, my husband can't tolerate Vitamin D tablets, and his doctor suggested trying drops. These have been great! They are easy to dispense onto a spoon, and have no taste or odor. He has not problems tolerating them. We briefly tried another, less expensive brand which tended to leak and dribble, but came back to this one as an overall better value. We'll be sticking with DDrops!

really the best
We live in Alaska and really believe in vitamin D supplementation. I take 5000 IU caplets myself. I started giving my infant daughter the 400 IU Ddrops at birth. We followed the recommendation for Canadian infants under age 2, which is 800 IU daily. Now that she's 2 we've switched to these 1000 IU drops. They're so easy! She gets a drop in her yogurt every morning and while she sees me put it in ("Did you remember my D, Mommy?") she's yet to notice the taste. A tiny bottle lasts us at least 6 months or so. Much better than something like Vi-d-sol, which requires a whole dropper full and has a strong taste. No, thanks!
