Very Good Value
I have reluctantly become knowledgable about Sat Navs. My Tom Tom stopped being supported with map updates, so despite being perfectly functional I had to bin it because the maps became so out-of-date. The final straw was when Tom Tom suggested I purchase a new one - aaargh! I vowed to NEVER buy a Tom Tom again. So I got a Binatone, had it for a week and returned it. Rubbish on so many levels.I saw the Jimwey, though it looked good value and bought the 7" version. Given that nothing in this life (or any other probably) is perfect, this is very good. It took me quite a while to get the settings to suit me, but maybe I am just Mr Picky. I play the voice instructions through my radio, which I like, this means that it is easy to mute. The maps and graphics are clear and easy to follow, with good advance warning of junctions and so on.The only thing I would like is a touch-screen facility to vary the brightness.HOWEVER - think carefully before you get the 7" screen. I have an SUV with a big windscreen, it could be very intrusive on a smaller screen. I would highly recommend cutting a piece of card 7.25" x 4.25" and putting it on the screen to make sure.

good value Sat Nav.
Had a slight problem setting it up, contacted help desk who sent me a picture by picture set up, worked straight away, very pleased with the amount of detail on screen when in use, put my old Tom- Tom to shame. Great value for money.

I am used to using Android devices so it is good for me once the setup app runs smoothly
You must take the time to set it up, such as speed limit warnings, what is displayed on the map, and more. I am used to using Android devices so it is good for me once the setup app runs smoothly. Lifetime use of map updates sounds great, but I haven't tried it because it already has the latest map installed. Update. Been to the European Union. The speed limit is kept at miles. This is a good feature, but as some of the EU's roads they have different speed limits for different models, it shows the lowest time I feel like I am speeding. Just turn off the speed warning. This is a good way.

clear vision
Fairly easy to set up and use. Useful being able to use both in car and motorhome by changing dimensions although thankfully I had checked it's proposed route on our first trip as the campsite advised not to use Sat Nav for final few miles. The destination was correct but streetview showed that the proposed route included a road with 2m width restriction (we are 2.4m ) we found an alternative road that that was wide enough (just). So the moral is believe your eyes over the Sat Nav!

Good for the price
Bought this to replace our old tomtom, it was no longer upgradable and too small. This one is a perfect size for us. It takes a little bit time to set it up, but once it finished it is very easy to use. The touch screen is pretty good, not as fast/sensitive as an ipad but still pretty good. We never use any other functions i.e radio and dont have the intention to so cant really comment.

Good satnav but battery length is poor
The satnav itself is fine but the battery length is poor so you have to keep in permanently in charge for long trips (not ideal if the cables end up hanging down in awkward places) and the suction cup in the holder is useless. I had to buy double sided sticky strips to keep it in place

Good size screen
I replaced my 10 years old sat nav which is still working fine but problem is not able to update a map. So i was looking for easy to use nav to help me find postcode places when I am driving unfamiliar area. Easy to set up, it gives clear and concise instructions to get to your destinations, reconfigures quickly if you take a wrong or alternative route. Good size screen and mount included. Comes with lifetime updates.

Not fit for truckers!
Completely useless! Despite inputting the lorry details such as height, weight etc, it still insists on sending the lorry down unsuitable roads and under low bridges! This is causing no end of problems. I will be returning this product and requesting a refund.
