I’ve been using this eyeliner for years! Goes on smooth and lasts all day. It’s also easy to remove and doesn’t run. Love it!

Best Eyeliner
This is my favorite eyeliner! Charcoal is nice because it is not too harsh on your eyes. However, the one eyeliner arrived damaged at the top (the sharpener no longer stays in and it is cracked down the length of the pencil). Other than that, the product is usually good quality.
