So...I've been taking these for about 6 months now. I work 12 hour shifts and I suffer from a sleep disorder. I'm not saying these treat anything but they do help me alot. I don't experience the shakes or jitters that energy drinks give me. You have to follow the directions also, eat something before you take it, or you'll feel nauseous. Don't take more than one. You don't need anymore than that. If the effects are to much. Drink water, and lots of it. Its a lot cheaper than anything you buy over the counter or is prescribed. I usually only take them if I'm working or I have a big day planned and I need a boost. I strongly recommend these. They do help.

These probably wouldn’t have been so bad if I’d ate something before taking them!! I took two on an empty stomach and was shaking and sweating uncontrollably. It was horrible! Made me very sick to my stomach! I’d recommend only after you’ve ate something! Do not take on an empty stomach! I never want to feel this way again!

I took just one of these and it was terrible. Started with feeling jittery. Then I was uncontrollably shaking. Then I started feeling really nauseous. Then my ears started ringing. I was completely immobilized for an hour or so but felt awful and sweat profusely for the rest of the day.
