An excellent dairy alternative - the product is both creamy and taste very good. It comes already pre-whipped and sold as a Soya Topping Cream. Personally I would have prefer a runny double cream state, and that I could whip up myself to a consistency I wanted. (I was using this to make dairy free 'no churn ice cream'. I would give it 5 stars but it feels a little too expensive (at £5.78 per box). Presently in the market there no alternative brands ...nor prices to choose from. Overall worth buying - but I would consider it as indulgence.

To whip or not to whip
I found the cream quite sweet and synthetic. I’m afraid, not for me. I thought I might be able to whip it up so I could decorate a cake but it was not to be, didn’t hold its shape at all.
