I installed the Bidet in less than 10 minutes with no tools except Teflon tape. I didn't even need a wrench because the nylon nut was removable with my hands. There was no Teflon tape included in the package but I happened to have some already.The nozzle is a heavy weight chrome plated brass so I assume it will hold up well however, the water adjustment device in the handle appears to be a white plastic (could be nylon). The hose is a metal jacketed nylon hose. The kit includes a metal hanger for the toilet and a plastic device to hold the nozzle when not in use. The plastic device may also be attached with included screws to the wall.There is a water adjustment knob at the inlet valve and at the nozzle. Two adjustment valves are definitely a must! To adjust the water: first adjust the water volume at the included T-valve with the 1st adjustment knob and leave it. It doesn't need to be adjusted again. Then when you want to use the bidet, using the handle knob, use the thumb (sliding) knob to turn the water on and off.The bidet waterflow has no effect on the toilet water flow.

I did a lot of research before I bought this toilet bidet and I am glad I bought this solid brass hand bidet .The bidet sprayer comes with the  adjustable pressure controls functions ,it makes precision rinsing so easy by allowing you to spray a small stream of water to locate the target area, then increase the spray pressure from a soothing and gentle rinse to a full pressure jet spray. THE  pressure controls can also be set to your desired pressure level.The T- Connector is solid brass constructure designed.easily screws on standard type Toilets with the  7/8'' inch Anti-Cross thread nut for easy installation without tools or a plumber.Stainless steel flexible hose  prevents stress and damage to the hose crimps which, happens when the hose connects horizontally and bends down 90° like on other T-connector designs.This is a great toilet accessories.Post by my husband😝😝

Very cheap construction of thumb on-off button. It broke before we were able to use it.The overall design and other parts seem very good, but the button that controls the water flow, and it looks like the on-off button at the other end as well, are cheap plastic, and barely attach to the very small metal lever that goes into the valve.As you can see, the button is mostly hollow, and the little hole that goes onto the lever is very thin-walled. It looks like chrome, but is actually plastic.For another $15 or so you can get a really good one - we did, (RinseWorks - Aquaus 360 ) and are VERY happy with it.I wonder, considering all the positive reviews that the Sontiy have, perhaps the Chinese contractor has made a few money-saving changes.Very unfortunate, as the rest of the unit seems well designed, though the shut of at the wall valve is MUCH better and convenient on the RinseWorks one.Regardless of what type you decide on, it will be very helpful to buy a braided stainless steel supply line as long as you can find - I got a 20 inch one, and that gives enough to make a loop from the wall shut off to the new valve & hose assembly at the toilet. Otherwise most situations will be too close to fit it in with a straight supply tube.

Updated on 2/12/19:I contacted the manufacturer through Amazon and they were very quick to send me replacements without having to return the defected ones. Their response has been excellent. I'm hoping that the new one they'll send will have no leaks.I just purchased the Sontiy Hand Held Bidet Sprayer and already it started leaking after the first installation. The leaks originated at the toggle switch on the the spray wand and on the T-fitting. In off position I can still see drops of water slowly leaking out. Pictures are attached. Too bad because everything else seems solid and I did really want to keep it.
