is this a winter jacket?

It is a heavy "flight jacket" (a lil' heavier than Army issue nylon, Navy issue leather, or the oldie Army Aircorp leather), but not as heavy as a Navy pee coat. It still qualifies as a "jacket"... not a "coat;" however, it is on the heavy side for a jacket, both in weight and warmth. Just right; as in exactly what I was looking for.

Yes, but it is a detachable one that slides over the collar. It doesn't zipper on so it's not very secure.

Can you replace fur collar? 4 button holes are missing, 1 is too small, 1 fits?

My jacket does not have a fur collar, but it does have a zip-out "fake" hoodie collar underneath the leather collar. I don't know if that is replaceable. Hope this helps.
