Proven durability in the outdoors
I've been using Franklin International 5005 Titebond II Premium Wood Glue for over 10 years, if you're looking for strong, exterior wood glue, this is it. Among many other exterior projects now, I first used this glue to put together "screw-less" bird houses and they are still going strong to this day! These aren't normal bird houses either, there's around 30 individual boards glued together for each bird house. Maintain once a year with a coating of polyurethane, they'll probably last a few more decades.I've used this glue on every type of job, from small finesse projects to sturdy, contractor grade on-site projects, no issues. If you glue two boards flat together, you'll never get them apart unless you use a saw.Eco-friendly, strong, long lasting in the Missouri outdoors, a fast set/dry time (I always wait 24 hours before moving glued boards) and easy water clean-up.Painting is okay, I recommend a good clean-up of any excess glue around seams and corners to avoid painting on top of the glue as much as possible, and use painters tape when applying the glue where you can, it'll keep clean up easy and provide a boundary to contain the inherent messiness of the glue.If staining the finished product, you'll really want to keep everything clean and tight because glue doesn't absorb regular stain well and it will show.

Best wood glue
Being a professional carpenter/furniture builder, this glue is excellent for wood! It dries quickly and bonds permanently. Though I wouldn't recommend for cutting boards or other high-moisture applications, it is great for dry applications! I use a damp rag to wipe off any excess, as this glue does not dry clear, but amber. This large size works great for on-the-job projects!Big Rudy

It works well and quickly
I just started wood working a couple months ago and out of about 16 builds, all glued joints are holding up well, despite that i work in a 40° F garage. Good product and goes a long way. Still have at least 3/4 of a bottle left

Does a good job
It is the same quality as what we used before in smaller bottles, we used to glue wood board for garden in the back yard.

Best wood glue going.
I tried Gorilla Wood Glue and had problems with the way it cleans off of the joints. Back to my old standby and I am happy again.

Best Wood Glue You Can Buy
We have used all the wood glues out there, and hands down, this is the best all-around wood glue. We have used them all and I am the one who "finishes" the wood when the project is completed. I never have any trouble getting any little bits off the wood, or if there is a smear of glue it comes off easily for staining and finishing. It keeps the joints together and a little goes a long way. If you can only have one bottle of glue in your workshop, let it be this one.
