The media could not be loaded. What is not to love about this Sandtimer.... the detail is astounding to say the least, I love the red sand also . My love of sand timers is like my love for snow globes.My Son brought this for me for mother's day, the first one was damaged, I contacted the seller and within 15mins they responded, I showed pictures of the damaged one and they sent out a new one straight away that day. I'm definitely going to be a regular with this seller as they have a few things I really like. 10/10 for sure. It was a pleasure and thank you very much for your prompt response and resolution 🦇🐉

Another fantastic product from nemesis now. Came in perfect condition and packaged well. No faults on the item itself, and the red sand looks quite effective against the dark grey base. Really nice item.

I like it. The caveats.. It doesn't look good on a dark bookcase as the item itself is very dark. Ths timer is quite fast. One side has a slight wobble but as it's a decorative item this isn't a concern for me.

Amazing detail, works well, sand is a stunning contrast to the onyx base. It was a little smaller than I had expected but otherwise makes for a lovely gothic feature!

I'll keep this short as we all know people don't want to read an essay in Amazon reviews, you just want to know if the product is worth buying or not before moving on, and that's fair enough, we all have time limits in our day.As mentioned, it did end up being a bit smaller than I was expecting from the image. It's slightly taller than my standard size android smartphone, so something to bear in mind. The visual design is excellent, though I would have liked other sand colour options as red is a bit... well, edgy. Still looks great as an overall product. Some colour for the dragon eyes might have been a good way to make it standout more.For some reason the time it tracks is only mentioned in a question on the page, it takes about 3 minutes to deplete sand from one side to the other - which should probably be in the product description to be honest - even if the product is mainly meant to be a decoration, time tracking is the function of an hourglass, so if you can't specify what time it tracks it probably shouldn't be listed as an hourglass otherwise.Mind it does stand and reverse without issue, so it has at least one core functionality element working for it, which beats a few Amazon "hourglass" products.So yeah, overall, is it worth it? Sure, as a decorative piece it looks pretty good. Could it be better looking and more useful? Probably, yeah - a 5 minute timer would likely be more useful to many, and a tiny amount more colour in the design or sand colour options would elevate the quality.

The product looks and works well unfortunately it arrived damaged with a sizeable crack in one of the bulbs. I'd have kept it as the purpose I'm using It for it would have added character, however I don't really like the idea of it breaking outside of my return window and not being able to get a proper refund. I returned the item, But I'd love to order a new one undamaged. I'll update my review then.Just for those wondering mine ran for about 1 minute and 10 seconds approx but heard others varied.
